Whether your needs are for highly skilled or entry-level people, we can find them for you. USTF's screening process is designed to provide our applicants with a positive application experience, encouraging them to communicate their employment needs completely. We evaluate the applicant's qualifications, attitudes, employment history, pay requirements, location, shift preferences, potential for growth and references.
Upon the completion of their application and in depth interview, our applicants may be asked to complete assessments.

Our Options
Temp-To-Perm
You can assess our employees performance, skills and personality before deciding on whether to add them to your staff.
US Tech Force is responsible for payroll, payroll taxes, Insurance, Workers Compensation and Unemployment. Expenses. US Tech Force will recruit, test, interview and reference check the candidate. Drug screening and pre-employment physicals can be arranged.
Temporary
As a full service agency, we recognize the need to fill temporary or seasonal positions. To meet your needs in this
area, we provide the same quality standards of screening as we do in permanent positions. Further, you still have
the flexibility of utilizing the permanent hire option if your needs change.
Direct-Hire
US Tech Force will recruit a permanent employee for a flat fee. This fee is a percentage based upon the individuals salary. As with all of the other employment options, we extend a guarantee for all permanent placements. Select from highly skilled and experienced candidates who are ready to make a job change.
Payrolling
If you find a temporary or permanent employee through your own recruitment, you may still assign them to our payroll.
This makes it easy to utilize employees for short-term workload demands, seasonal help and hiring freezes and it takes
the hassle out of the payroll process if the employee doesn't work out.
