Our Client is looking for a person to handle a mixture of hands on Human Resource duties, in a manufacturing setting. Your duties will be a mixture recruting, payroll, orientations, benefits and workers compensation, but will not be limited to those only. Other duties may be assigned as necessary. This will be 7:30 to 4pm Monday thru Friday. This position would start sometime in September 2010.

Qualifications Required

A degree in Human Resource management is desired, but not required. 2+ years of working in a HR Department, with new hire procedures, Benefits, Payroll and Workers Compensation is required! Experience with interviewing, benefits and workers compensation is required. Must be detail orientated, have solid work history and Professional References. A positive attitude is required!!!
