US TECH FORCE IS LOOKING FOR A ROCKSTAR OFFICE ASSISTANT TO JOIN A GROWING TECH TEAM!
The Primary Duties will include:
- PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive and direct telephone calls and emails and relay conversation and pertinent messages to others while maintaining accuracy, clarity, and confidentiality
- Document all interactions with customers and potential customers by creating and updating service orders, projects, and opportunities in Tigerpaw
- Function as the receiver of official documents and mail addressed to the office and distribute to the appropriate personnel
- Inventory items received and add to Tigerpaw assets including serial numbers
- Greet clients and visitors as needed
- Perform follow-up and courtesy calls on a scheduled basis and to update customers on current service and project work
- Assist with data entry of engineer time logs and review entries prior to invoicing
- Assist with purchasing products for both internal office needs as well as client needs
- Schedule appointments/make travel arrangements for sales representatives and engineers when necessary and/or requested
- Coordinate scheduling of sub-contractors
- Maintain and organize office common areas
- Perform general office duties and errands
- Prepare conference room and refreshments for on-site sales meetings
- Guide other members of the staff to perform office activities including the proper use of computer applications.
- Fill the absence of any administrative team member and do their duties satisfactorily
- Cooperate with co-workers to maintain a friendly environment and proper interaction within the office
- Any other duties as assigned by management
HOURS: 8:00AM – 5:00PM
SALARY: $35,000 – $45,000
