US Tech Force has an immediate need for a Regional Supervisor. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, extremely organized and love working with people.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the Store Managers with oversight of store operations.
- Assist with hiring and work with staff to accomplish bookkeeping and merchandise upkeep.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and meet sales goals.
- Ensure all policies and procedures are being followed at every location.
- Conduct personnel performance reviews.
- Direct interaction with your own group of convenience stores, travel, and manage assigned stores.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous Management experience
- Grocery or Retail experience (Preferred)
- Strong written, computer, and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, dedicated, and hard-working.
