Fabrication Associate

US Tech Force is currently seeking a Fabrication Associate for an industrial insulation company in the Green Bay Area!  This position is a long-term, contract-to-hire opportunity with a competitive starting wage, and competitive benefits package.

Technical Skills and Abilities:

  • Must be able read, write and speak English at the minimum of a remedial level
  • Must be able to use measuring devices (such as a tape measure) accurately
  • Must be able to perform simple math including arithmetic, fractions and geometry
  • Must be able to successfully complete all assigned safety training and certification requirements
  • Industrial sewing experience is a plus

Qualifications:

In addition to being willing and able to perform these functions, with or without supervision, and in an effective manner, the employee must be able to physically perform the following:

    1. Lift construction equipment and/or materials weighing up to 50lbs
    2. Work on elevated platforms or on aerial lifts
    3. Climb and work on a ladder
    4. Safely use hand and power tools
    5. Bend, twist, crouch, etc. the specific task demands
    6. Stand or kneel for prolonged periods of time
    7. Ascend and Descend stairs
    8. Push or pull loads weighing up to 50lbs
    9. Utilize a full range of reaching
    10. Must have a valid drivers license

Shift:

7:00am -3:30pm

Pay Rate: 

$15.00
