US Tech Force is in search of an experienced Mechanical Designer to join a great team in a small shop environment!

Mechanical Designer Responsibilities:

  • Take hand drawings and customize them into the final parts utilizing AutoCAD.
  • Will be responsible for the mechanical design of food processing equipment.
  • Work with Clients on machine and tool design both inside and outside of the facility.

Mechanical Designer Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD 16 ideal
  • Previous experience working in the food processing industry highly desired.
  • Must be self-motivated
  • Must have a team-oriented mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Valid Driver’s License required

1st shift

Wage: 25+ depending on skill set and experience

 

USTF-FDL

Machinist-CNC Lathe/Mills- West Fond du Lac Cty.

In search of a seasoned machinist to program ( Proto Trac and Miltronics software), set up and operate lathes and mills. Perform quality checks on produced parts. Ability to multi task.

Mon- Fri   1st Shift 6:30 am to 3:00 pm

Located 18 miles west of Fond du Lac.

Pay: $18.00 to $20.00/hr. Depending on experience.

Qualifications:

A must for experience on the machines listed.

Blueprint reading capabilities.

Lift to 50#

TIG Welder-West Fond du Lac County

Great opportunity in Fond du Lac County!

In search of an experienced TIG welder of stainless steel with knowledge in machine building, layout, and blueprint reading. ‘Walk the cup”. Will be welding various stainless steel products. Some overnight stays required if needed to travel to a Customer’s facility to assemble the machines. Doesn’t happen too often. Potential to make $$$ this proven performance.

Mon-Fri:  1st shift   No weekend work.

$18 to $20/hr. Depending on experience.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of TIG welding.

Excellent blueprint skills.

MIG Welder

In search of a MIG welder to perform custom welding on larger shaped products in a job shop atmosphere. This is not a position using fixtures.

Need to be able to set up, weld 35 MIG wire feed. Duties also include cutting products on a marvel man saw ( auto feed) and operate a drill press.

 

Mon – Fri 8:00am to 4:00pm ( 2 paid 15 min. breaks)

Qualifications:

Pass weld test consisting of:

1″ Strength Test

2.5″ Round Pipe

10 Gauge Vertical Down Test.
