In search of energetic individuals who have completed a welding course or currently enrolled in a welding class looking to enter into the welding profession.
Company will mentor you to learn to weld and fabricate. Will be trained to accurately weld various metal products to blueprint specification using the appropriate applications. Will inspect parts for quality. Keep work area clean. Learn and earn. Compensation will grow with experience. Looking for long term commitment.Will work around a school schedule.

Structural Welder/Fabricator-2nd Shift Fond du Lac

In search of seasoned structural welder/fabricators. Responsibilities include layout and fabrication along with welding of structural steel products including stairs and railings. Excellent blueprint interpretation skills and math skills are a must. Job shop atmosphere.

Mon- Thurs   2nd Shift Work 4-10 hour shifts.

Starting pay: $20 to $22/hr.Room for advancement in pay with proven performance.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 solid years of custom welding/fabricating

Excellent blue print reading

Lift to 50#

Quad Axel Dump Truck Driver-Fond du Lac Cty.

We are in search of an experienced Quad Axel Dump truck driver to haul asphalt, gravel and dugout materials in a safe efficient manner to and from job sites. Also routinely take care of and maintenance  a truck on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Must be willing to assist as needed with the paving and grading crews and loading
and unloading of equipment.

Mon-Fri with some weekend hours as necessary.

40-60 hours a week.

These positions are full time seasonable. Season ends mid November with winter layoff.
Possible snow plow and shop hours available to the right candidates.

Qualifications:

Class A CDL or B CDL (Required) along with a clean driving record.

In search of energetic individuals who are mechanically inclined to work as a Repairman’s Assistant. Duties include travelling along with a driver/mechanic to various Clients to repair/calibrate outside equipment. Assist the mechanic using hand tools and specialized devices. Load/unload any necessary materials per job-site. Clean up if necessary.

Mon-Fri 7:00am to 3:30pm. Normally 30 to 40 hours a week.

This is a temporary position lasting through Fall but could become a full-time permanent position for an outgoing individual.

• Operate telephone system to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments.
• Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct them to specific destinations.
• Receive payment and record receipts for services.
• Transmit information or documents to customers, using computer, mail, or facsimile machine.
• Perform duties, such as taking care of plants or straightening magazines to reception area.
• File and maintain records.

Mon-Fri 8:00am to 5:00pm (1 Hour unpaid lunch.)
This position is a direct hire onto the Client Company.

Qualifications:
Computer savvy/Can operate all office equipment.
Friendly/dependable/ Can work in a small office environment.

Manufacturing CAD Engineer-West Fond du Lac Cty.

The successful candidate will have an engineering background in food processing design. This position requires traveling to customers and reviewing their drawings, tweaking and at times, creating hand sketches along with detailed notes. Back in shop: Layout and design product packages using AutoCAD-15 or 17 for on the shop floor. Observe on the shop floor as the tooling and product is getting built. May need to travel back to customer facility as the delivered machine is being installed. This is NOT a suit and tie job. It is hands on in every process.

1st Shift Mon- Fri.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 1 year experience in machine building of food processing equipment to be considered for the position.
Ability to design equipment using AutoCAD-15-17 from blueprint specifications and/or from rough hand sketch drawings. AutoCAD software is upgraded to latest version.

Travel as necessary. Valid driver’s license.
