Industrial Maintenance/Mechanic

U S Tech Force is looking for a Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for Fond du Lac company.

Industrial Maintenance/Mechanic Responsibilities:

  • Light Vehicle Maintenance
  • Forklift Maintenance
  • Building Upkeep: Lights, Fan Boxes, Doors, Etc.
  • Maintenance Program for all Equipment, Vehicles, HVAC System, Etc.
  • Weld to Fix Metal Issues (This Includes Torch/Plasma Cutting)

Industrial Maintenance/Mechanic Requirements:

  • Able to Work at Heights from a Ladder/Lift
  • Able to Lift 50# on Regular Basis
  • Able to Stand for Long Periods of Time

Wage $28 – $35/hr Based on Experience

Concrete – Wall Setters & Finishers

Duties include tying rebar, setting wall forms, assist in pouring and/or finishing concrete.

Physical work. Opportunity for $$$ growth with proven performance.

Mainly local work within 60 miles of Fond du lac.

Meet at the shop and ride with the crew to the jobsite.

Mon- Fri 1st Shift

Pay based on experience

Concrete Wall Setter & Concrete Finisher Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year concrete wall setting/concrete finishing experience.
  • Lift to 85# on occasion.
  • Supply your own basic tools.

Fabrication Equipment Operator

U S Tech Force is looking for fabrication equipment operator for a company in the Fond du Lac area.

Fabrication Equipment Operator Responsibilities:

  • Operate Laser, Plasma, Tube Laser, Saw, Drill Line, Diato, and Angle Master equipment depending on placement.
  • Perform typical steel processing equipment cutting functions.
  • Pre-program & set up of all equipment.
  • Run overhead cranes to move material on/off processing equipment.

 

  • Fabrication Equipment Operator Requirements:
  • Previous experience in metal fabrication environment with solid work history.
  • Ability to lift up to and above 50# consistently & be active on feet majority of the day.
  • Forklift experience.

Wage between $24 – $28/hr depending on experience.

TIG Welder/Fabricator Responsibilities:

  • Welding and fabrication of stainless-steel equipment.
  • Some travelling involved to Customers facilities for assembly and installation of equipment.
  • Produce clean welds, ensuring strength and tolerance of welds.
  • Completing job per specified time, along with associated paperwork and inspection forms.

TIG Welder/Fabricator Qualifications:

  • Excellent TIG welding and blueprint skills.

  • Blueprint reading capabilities

Brake Press Operator

Brake press Operator primary duty is programing and operating an ACCU brake press.

Assist in shear/grinder/saw area along with forming and bending at times.

Work off blueprints and hand sketches.

Measure parts using calipers, squares & protractors.

Help run waterjet.

Pay based on experience.

In search of an experienced material handler working with structural steel. Duties include Material handling-loading/unloading trucks outdoors/forklift/grinding/sanding parts. Assembly. Assist in the paint shop and saw room. Work wherever the need is.

Mon-Fri.  4:30 pm to 5:00 am.

Qualifications:

Previous forklift and material handling experience.

Safety oriented.

Lift to 60# to 75# on occasion.

Solid work history with no attendance issues.

  • Placing & Tying Rebar
  • Pouring & Finishing Concrete

Concrete Wall Setter Requirements:

  • Concrete Construction Experience
  • Experience in Setting Forms
  • Experience in Rebar Installation & Tying
  • Experience in Finishing Concrete
  • Experience using Power Tools & Concrete Tools
  • Experience Operating Construction Equipment
  • Valid Drivers License – required

Paint Shop Assistant

US Tech Force is in search of an energetic individual to assist in the paint department of a great company!

Paint Shop Assistant Duties include:

  • Hang parts on racks
  • Wash, rinse and dry parts
  • Help get racks in and out of hot oven
  • Have to be able to withstand the heat in that department
  • Move parts to designated areas.
  • Keep work stations clean.

1st shift (7:00am to 3:30pm) Mon-Fri hours may slightly vary due to needs.

Temp position that can go perm for an energetic individual.

Requirements:

  • Lift to 50# and  75# .
  • Pre employment drug screen.
