3rd Shift Machine Operator-Fond du Lac

In search of  qualified candidates who take pride in their work. Duties include operating various equipment such as drill/punch/brake and shear presses, saws, CNC machines and benders. Will need to follow blueprint specification and measure parts using calipers. Operate a forklift (will train).

Benefits offered after direct hire.

Possibly train of 1st shift (7:00am to 3:30pm) for 2 weeks.

Transfer to 3rd shift and receive a  75 cent shift premium.

3rd shift hours are: Mon-Thurs: 8:30pm to 7:00am. Overtime would be Sunday nights.

 

Qualifications:

Solid work history with no attendance issues.

Lift to 25# Occasionally lift to 50#-75#

Perform the listed duties.

CNC Tube Bender-3rd Shift-Fond du Lac

Material Handler-1st shift-Fond du Lac

Duties to include: Responsible for receiving in parts, putting them in the system and then moving them to their designated location in the warehouse. Picking parts from a list, and moving them to the proper work area. Participate in the physical inventory at the end of the each month.The qualified candidate should be familiar with this type of work, and be able to operate a fork lift and other material handling equipment safely.

Qualifications:

Dependability is key.
A friendly disposition is also necessary since they will be working with everyone.
Previous manufacturing / material handling experience required.
Forklift and other material moving equipment experience required.

Metal Grinder-1st Shift-Fond du Lac

In search of an experienced metal grinder.

Duties include:

Examines and feels surface of metal to detect defects such as dents, scratches, or breaks in metal or weld.Use variety of methods, abrasives and tools to grind and polish materials to meet blue print and/or industry specifications.  Example:  grind and polish flat parts to produce uniform finish, grind and polish welds to produce desired radius and finish. Use tape or other materials to cover areas that do not require blasted finish. 

1st shift : Mon-Fri 7:00am to 3:30pm

In search of seasoned structural welder/fabricators. Responsibilities include layout and fabrication along with welding of structural steel products including stairs and railings. Excellent blueprint interpretation skills and math skills are a must. Job shop atmosphere.

Mon- Thurs   2nd Shift Work 4-10 hour shifts.

Starting pay: $20 to $22/hr.Room for advancement in pay with proven performance.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 1 solid year of custom welding/fabricating
