Duties include:
a. Hang parts on racks
b. Wash, rinse and dry parts
c. Help get racks in and out of hot oven
d. Have to be able to withstand the heat in that department
e. Move parts to designated areas.
f.  Keep work stations clean.

1st shift (6:00am to 3:30pm) Mon-Fri

Requirements:

Lift to 50# and  75# on occasion

In search of an experienced structural steel estimator. Duties include managing projects and bidding processes from start to finish.  In particular we would like someone with a strong background in weldments and assemblies.

*Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specification and related documents.
*Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications and related documents.
*Computes costs by analyzing labor, material and time requirements.
*Develops accurate and complete routing, specifying the sequence of the manufacturing process, process treatments and finishes to develop the piece part price using established rates and standards.

*Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
*Presents prepared estimates by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.
*Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
*Provides project management duties, serving as a key liaison between production, management and customers, in order to provide answers in a timely manner during production.
*Support engineering and other staff with information pertaining to pricing strategies and/or risk factors.

Qualifications:

Associates degree or equivalent, relevant experience
3+ years’ experience in a metal fabrication/manufacturing environment, 3+ years experience with estimating.
Working knowledge of steel, stainless steel and aluminum fabrication a must.
Ability and experience setting priorities and meeting deadlines.
Ability to work independently, quickly and accurately in an environment with changing/fluctuating priorities.
Must be very detail oriented and thorough with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong history of working with customers, understanding their needs and processes in order to provide solutions in a consultative manner.

Action-oriented, customer service-oriented attitude, taking initiative to follow projects and jobs through the production process.
Experience with CAD packages such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks

In need of a 3rd shift warehouse assistant responsible for fulfilling customer orders and ensure loading of product onto delivery vehicles for next day deliveries. In addition, responsible for maintaining quality control and being knowledgeable of the Company’s product in order to keep customers satisfied and meet department goals. Assemble orders from stock and place on warehouse conveyor system for proper loading onto delivery vehicles. Load cases of product within a warehouse facility and onto delivery vehicles. Pre-pull product for staging to be used for filling orders. Replenish rack and roller system within the warehouse for next day’s activities. On occasion:

Unload product from transfer trucks and load into warehouse.

Use R.F. Gun for picking product and moving product from one location to the next.
Assist in moving trucks in and out of loading bays and delivering product to accounts when needed  Assist drivers with route delivers as a helper when needed.

Monday- Thursday 5:30pm to 4:00am

Qualifications:

Duties consist of: testing on airport products and records and analyzes results. Records data in standard formats and provides results to product and engineering teams. Assists technical teams with recommendations to resolve testing problems that impact the performance or validity of testing. Must have high accountability to commitments while maintaining strong attention to safety, product quality, and schedule.

Essential Functions of the Job:
 Perform product testing to ensure that products meet specifications and design intents.  Through testing, ensure satisfactory product performance. Make recommendations and work with the technical team to resolve performance problems.  Calibrate and maintain testing equipment.  Work with engineering to define testing procedures.  Calibrate sensors on equipment.  Calibrate outputs to hydraulic valves.  Set various parameters in the program for specific products.  Ensure compliance with  processes and ISO requirements. Partner with the service team to resolve prioritized product issues in a timely manner.  Travel to customer work sites as necessary, to perform on-site diagnostic testing. Travel requirements; up to 30% in the USA and Canada.  Fulfill the responsibilities of an Assembly Mechanic when testing duties are not conducted:  Perform assembly operations involving intricate & precise apparatus on a variety of products including plows, wings, blowers, truck chassis, front mount and tow behind brooms. Perform inspections. Select, cut, form, & install wiring in accordance with specifications. Utilize hand and pneumatic tools. Install Hydraulics. Check hydraulics for pressure & leaks. Work from extensive wiring diagrams; blueprints, specifications, & layouts. Operate overhead hoists.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA’s):
 Ability to use a multi-meter, pressure gage, flow meter, and temperature sensor.  Ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics.  Ability to understand harness diagrams.  Ability to read engineering drawings.  Ability to use a J1939 message analyzer.  Familiar with J1939 communication and diagnostic protocol.  Good understanding of hydraulic systems and Fluid Power systems.  High degree of accountability to commitments and to the business objectives.  Ability to communicate both written and orally with all levels of employees and outside representatives. Must have excellent interpersonal skills. Must be able to prioritize team’s success over personal gain.
 Must be able to deliver on commitment in a timely manner, and to acceptable quality standards.  Ability to use, calibrate, and repair various testing equipment and tools.  Ability to keep cool under pressure while performing challenging troubleshooting tasks.

Education and Experience:
 Associates degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or Electronic Engineering Technology or the equivalent work experience.  1 – 3 years testing experience in a manufacturing work environment, on heavy equipment, engine powertrain, and engine driveline components. Experience in snow removal, construction or agricultural equipment industries is a plus.

In search of an experienced Cdl-A driver who can operate a Tri-Axle dump truck along with a skid steerer.

Drive to job sites ( all within 70 miles) of Fond du Lac in a Tri- Axle dump truck. Will be driving back and forth dumping loads. Also will assist crew with excavation and  placing underground tanks. Will be trained to operate a Tri-Axle Tanker truck and how to extract liquids into the tanker and reseal caps.

Mon- Fri. May be some Saturday overtime.

Qualifications:

Experience with driving Tri-Axle Tankers

Valid Driver’s with Class A with H and N endorsements-Company will pay to get the endorsements if necessary.

Can also perform physical labor including digging with a shovel at times.

Lifting to 50# on occasion.
