We are in need of a skilled carpenter to perform finish work on  a 15, two story, apartment complex, each building has 16 units, for a total of 240 units located in Sun Prairie,WI. We are demoing and remodeling each unit. Need to be able to follow direction and work well on your own.

Monday- Fridays 8 hour shifts

The job will last into October of 2018. This could lead to a full time position at for hard working individuals.

Pay will be reviewed after the 1st 30 days. Hard work and good attendance may increase your hourly wage.

Qualifications:

Can perform the physical aspects of the job.

Lift to 70# on occasion.

Can follow instructions well.

Fryer Cook-Part-Time- Fond du Lac

Summer Helper-Fond du Lac

Looking for 2 Summer Helpers

Duties to include clearing/cleaning outside site that we will be using for steel inventory, counting inventory, general maintenance of the inventory sites.  At plant #1 and Plant #2.

These are  1st shift positions.

Mon- Fri from 7:00am to 3:30pm.

These are temporary and are great summer position to earn some extra income.

Qualifications:

Good with math.

Can lift to 60# on occasion.

Good with hand tools.

CDL-A Driver/ Heavy Equipment Operator- Fond du Lac

In search of an experienced CDL-A driver who can drive and  operate a boom truck conveyor, skid steer and any other types of equipment used on construction sites. Most job sites are located within  70 miles of Fond du Lac that travels together as a crew in Company vehicles. Fabricator Trainee-FDL

In search of individuals who have experience in the metal fabrication field and would like to develop their skills into a structural fabricator. Must be knowledgeable in shop math and all measuring devices.   Have some experience operating either punch presses, brake presses, shears, or saws. Knowledge in welding is a plus. This is a job shop atmosphere not a production line.

Project Manager-Steel/Metal Fabrication- Fond du Lac

In search of an experienced Project Manager in the steel/metal fabrication industry. Duties include managing projects and bidding processes from start to finish.  In particular we would like someone with a strong background in weldments and assemblies.

*Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specification and related documents.
*Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications and related documents.
*Computes costs by analyzing labor, material and time requirements.
*Develops accurate and complete routing, specifying the sequence of the manufacturing process, process treatments and finishes to develop the piece part price using established rates and standards.

*Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
*Presents prepared estimates by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.
*Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
*Provides project management duties, serving as a key liaison between production, management and customers, in order to provide answers in a timely manner during production.
*Support engineering and other staff with information pertaining to pricing strategies and/or risk factors.

Qualifications:

Associates degree or equivalent, relevant experience
1+ years’ experience in a metal fabrication/manufacturing environment, 1+ years experience with estimating.
Working knowledge of steel, stainless steel and aluminum fabrication a must.
Ability and experience setting priorities and meeting deadlines.
Ability to work independently, quickly and accurately in an environment with changing/fluctuating priorities.
Must be very detail oriented and thorough with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong history of working with customers, understanding their needs and processes in order to provide solutions in a consultative manner.

Action-oriented, customer service-oriented attitude, taking initiative to follow projects and jobs through the production process.
Experience with CAD packages such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks
