In search of an experienced Project Manager in the steel/metal fabrication industry. Duties include managing projects and bidding processes from start to finish.  In particular we would like someone with a strong background in weldments and assemblies.

*Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specification and related documents.
*Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications and related documents.
*Computes costs by analyzing labor, material and time requirements.
*Develops accurate and complete routing, specifying the sequence of the manufacturing process, process treatments and finishes to develop the piece part price using established rates and standards.

*Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
*Presents prepared estimates by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.
*Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
*Provides project management duties, serving as a key liaison between production, management and customers, in order to provide answers in a timely manner during production.
*Support engineering and other staff with information pertaining to pricing strategies and/or risk factors.

Qualifications:

Associates degree or equivalent, relevant experience
1+ years’ experience in a metal fabrication/manufacturing environment, 1+ years experience with estimating.
Working knowledge of steel, stainless steel and aluminum fabrication a must.
Ability and experience setting priorities and meeting deadlines.
Ability to work independently, quickly and accurately in an environment with changing/fluctuating priorities.
Must be very detail oriented and thorough with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong history of working with customers, understanding their needs and processes in order to provide solutions in a consultative manner.

Action-oriented, customer service-oriented attitude, taking initiative to follow projects and jobs through the production process.
Experience with CAD packages such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks

We are seeking individuals who would like to join in a career in the  Trailer Technician field.Will be trained to repair and service the mechanical, electrical, and other components of a trailer using hand tools, power tools, welders, and/or any other testing or repair equipment necessary.

Qualifications:

Valid WI Driver’s License (CDL Preferred but not necessary)

Ability to pay attention to detail.

Good with hand tools.

Mechanically inclined.

Lift, bend and twist.

In search of an experienced TIG welder of stainless steel with knowledge in machine building, layout, and blueprint reading. ‘Walk the cup”. Will be welding various stainless steel products. Some overnight stays required if needed to travel to a Customer’s facility to assemble the machines. Doesn’t happen too often. Potential to make $$$ this proven performance.

Mon-Fri:  1st shift

No weekend work.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of TIG welding.

Excellent blueprint skills.
