Metal Grinder-1st Shift-Fond du Lac

In search of an experienced metal grinder.

Duties include:

Examines and feels surface of metal to detect defects such as dents, scratches, or breaks in metal or weld.Use variety of methods, abrasives and tools to grind and polish materials to meet blue print and/or industry specifications.  Example:  grind and polish flat parts to produce uniform finish, grind and polish welds to produce desired radius and finish. Use tape or other materials to cover areas that do not require blasted finish. 

1st shift : Mon-Fri 7:00am to 3:30pm

Qualifications: 

Pre employment drug screen. 

Lift to 50# on occasion.

Structural Welder/Fabricator-2nd Shift Fond du Lac

In search of seasoned structural welder/fabricators. Responsibilities include layout and fabrication along with welding of structural steel products including stairs and railings. Excellent blueprint interpretation skills and math skills are a must. Job shop atmosphere.

Mon- Thurs   2nd Shift Work 4-10 hour shifts.

Starting pay: $20 to $22/hr.Room for advancement in pay with proven performance.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 1 solid year of custom welding/fabricating

Excellent blue print reading

Lift to 50#

Field Service Technician’s Assistant – Fond du Lac

In search of energetic individuals who are mechanically inclined to work as a Mechanic Repairman’s Assistant. Duties include travelling along with  the mechanic to various Clients to repair/calibrate outside equipment. Assist the mechanic using hand tools and specialized devices. Load/unload any necessary materials per job-site. Clean up if necessary.

Mon-Fri 7:00am to 3:30pm.  Normally a  40 hours a week.

This could become a full-time permanent position for an outgoing individual with the opportunity to become a qualified repairman and earn $$$$$. Company willing to train.

Qualifications:

Lift to 50#

Physical work at times. Ability to bend, squat, twist and lift.

Mechanically inclined. Good with small hand tools.

Duties include loading/unloading trucks, carrying materials to the job sites, shoveling, clean up and assisting crews with spreading the asphalt.

Electrical Assembler of Heavy Equipment-Fond du Lac

In search of an experienced of an electrical assembler who can perform the listed duties:
* Perform assembly operations involving intricate & precise apparatus on a variety of products.
* Select, cut, form, & install wiring and hydraulic hoses in accordance with specifications.
* Install and troubleshoot electrical wire harnesses.
* Install complete hydraulics on units; check hydraulics for pressure & leaks.
* Work from extensive wiring diagrams; blueprints, specifications, & layouts.
* Calibrate & regulate units & final assemblies to meet load capacities & operating requirements.
* Use a variety of electrical testing & gauging devices & equipment.

Mon- Fri

Normal hours: 4:00am to 2:30pm  Necessary overtime will be worked during the week.

4:00am to 4:00pm

Pay: $18/hr.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge and basic understanding of metal product assembly techniques.
• Knowledge of basic math.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and assembly instructions.
• Knowledge of basic electrical principles and hydraulics.
• Able to use hand and power tools.
• Able to perform basic measurements using tape measure, protractor and other measuring devices.
• Able to operate a manual hand truck and overhead crane.
• Able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written.
• Able to wear personal protective equipment.
