Immediate Need Experienced Mason – Brick & Block

Job Summary:
We are hiring a skilled Experienced Mason to perform high-quality brick and block masonry work on residential and light commercial projects. This role focuses on craftsmanship, accuracy, and safety, with no work required above 10 feet.

Mason Responsibilities:

  • Lay brick and block according to blueprints and specifications
  • Build walls, foundations, and structures with precision and quality
  • Measure, cut, and shape masonry materials as needed
  • Mix and apply mortar and grout to industry standards
  • Inspect completed work to ensure structural integrity and appearance
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site at all times

Mason Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Mason working with brick and block (required)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to and from jobsite
  • Ability to work on ladders and scaffolding up to 10 feet
  • Strong understanding of masonry tools, materials, and techniques
  • Ability to read basic blueprints and follow job specifications
  • Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working outdoors

Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm

Wage: Competitive + Milage reimbursement for any job site over an hour

Fabrication Machine Operator

US Tech Force is seeking a talented fabrication machine operator for a custom fabrication shop in the Waukesha, WI area.

The ideal Skilled candidate will have experience running some type of fabrication machine like a laser, CNC, Press Brake, etc. They will be responsible, dedicated and have proven experience and skill set.

Fabrication Machine Operator Responsibilities:

  • Operate Machine effectively and safely.
  • Analyze engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, sketches, work orders, and material safety data sheets to plan layout, assembly, and welding operations.
  • Chip or grind off excess weld, slag, or spatter, using hand scrapers or power chippers, portable grinders, or arc-cutting equipment.
  • Clamp, hold, tack-weld, heat-bend, grind or bolt component parts to obtain required configurations and positions for welding.
  • Clean or degrease parts, using wire brushes, portable grinders, or chemical baths.
  • Welding and soldering of parts.

Fabrication Machine Operator Qualifications: 

  • Previous Fab shop experience
  • Ability to read, understand and utilize blueprints.

Welder Schedule: All 3 shifts available

Wage: $20-$30

Diesel Mechanic Description of role:

  • Advanced knowledge of a vehicle, its electrical system and the mechanisms of a diesel engine

  • Basic knowledge of computer systems and other relevant electronics
  • Conduct regular preventative maintenance on service trucks, including inspection, tire rotation and oil changes

  • Perform regular diagnostic tests on trucks
  • Maintain accurate records of each repair performed on vehicles

Diesel Mechanic Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of auto mechanical experience — car/truck heavy equipment
  • Valid Drivers License (CDL strongly preferred)
  • Own hand tools preferred

Machine Operator

Machine operator Responsibilities:

  • Build and dismantle wood products utilizing machines.
  • Sort and stack products.
  • Operate general hand and power tools (saws, nail guns, pallet jacks, hammer etc.)
  • Keep daily log of work done to turn into shift supervisor at end of each shift.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Machine operator Qualifications:

  • 3 years prior machine operator experience
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds or less and on a rare occasion must be able to lift, push and pull objects that are 75 pounds.
  • Must be able to read a tape measure
  • Must be mechanically inclined.

  • Pulls and fills parts orders from stock. Prepares orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick up.
  • Participates in annual physical inventory .
  • Assists manager with maintaining lost sales tracking program.
  • Keeps front counter and parts areas clean and free of clutter.
  • Six to twelve months parts experience or training
  • Heavy duty truck experience preferred
