Responsibilities of the Job:
Follow blueprints to make accurate parts.

General Fabricator Job Duties:

  • Grind stainless and mild steel
  • Inspect parts to ensure accuracy
  • Ability to read blueprints; computer generated and paper copy
  • Be able to use a tape measure accurately.
  • Operator Saw to cut material to required specs
  • Setup, operate, grinding tools to remove excess material or burrs from surfaces
  • Polish metal or plastic work pieces.

General Fabricator Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a fabrication or machine shop
  • Good mechanical aptitude
  • Want to contribute to team effort
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Follow instructions
  • Must have a valid driver’s license

Flexible Schedule: 4 AM to 2:30 pm; 5 AM to 3:30 PM or 6 AM to 4:30 PM.

US Tech Force has an immediate opening for a motivated Mechanical Assembler to join our growing team! This is a critical position within the company, requiring a reliable individual with strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with various tools and equipment.

Mechanical Assembler Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and established procedures.
  • Gather all necessary materials and equipment to begin assembly.
  • Take precise measurements to ensure proper component fit.
  • Select or modify components according to specifications.
  • Align materials and assemble parts to construct complex units.
  • Use hand and power tools, including table saws and nail guns, safely and efficiently.
  • Inspect assembled products to ensure the highest quality standards.

Mechanical Assembler Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, table saws, and nail guns.
  • Previous experience operating machinery.

Mobile Trailer Technician

US Tech Force is in search of a dependable Mobile Trailer Technician who will be responsible for servicing customer units in a local area through the use of a mobile service truck. Individual would need to be extremely trustworthy and dependable as they would be working under minimal supervision. Individual must be organized and presentable as they will be the first line contact with our customer base. The position is full-time with flexibility needed to accommodate our customer’s needs

 Mobile Trailer Technician Responsibilities:
  • Repairs and services the mechanical, electrical, and other components of a trailer using hand tools, power tools, welders, and/or any other testing or repair equipment necessary
  • Determines necessary mechanical, electrical, or other areas that need repair to meet the customer’s expectations
  • Correctly performs DOT & PM Inspections on trailers
  • Welding and fabrication of steel and aluminum
  • Repairs electronics and runs trailer wires
  • Fixes and repair tires
  • Assists customers on service calls
  • Correctly completes all forms, timecards, parts requests, or any other documents associated with trailer repairs
  • Keeps work areas clean and free of clutter
  • Performs other duties as assigned

 Mobile Trailer Technician Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous Trailer Tech work
  • Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License with a clean driving record

Paper Converting Machine Operator

Paper Converting Machine Operator Duties: 

  • Perform paper converting equipment setups and operation, this will require additional troubleshooting of equipment to achieve optimal performance of equipment.
  • Oversee and assist downstream employees with equipment troubleshooting.
  • Perform minor preventive maintenance, cleaning and troubleshooting of sheeter equipment.
  • Conduct quality checks to assure product meets quality expectations

Paper Converting Machine Operator Qualifications:

  • Previous experience running paper converting machines

  • Two years of light manufacturing or related experience.

This individual will ensure all aspects of the facility and equipment are cleaned properly to ensure high quality products along with following standard Food and Human safety proceudres.

Sanitation Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Clean various types of food product and residue off machinery, equipment and structural items.
  • Mop, deck brush and squeegee floors during wash downs as instructed
  • Clean all aspects of production areas including walls, ceilings, etc. as directed
  • Degrease Various types of equipment as needed
  • Perform duties assigned by the Cleaning Schedule
  • Utilize different types of cleaning chemicals based on assignment

Sanitation Specialist Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 1 year of experience in Sanitation
  • Previous experience working in manufacturing
  • Previous experience working in food manufacturing preferred
  • Must be able to work in various working conditions including different temperature-controlled areas, wet and damp environments, and high or tight spaces.
  • Must be able to work with Chemicals

Schedule: 2nd Shift

  • Tuesday – Friday: 5:00pm-1:30am
  • Saturdays: 1:00pm-9:30pm
  • Overtime on Sundays only if needed

Wage: $20/hr starting along with incentives!

Machine operator Responsibilities:

  • Build and dismantle wood products utilizing machines.
  • Sort and stack products.
  • Operate general hand and power tools (saws, nail guns, pallet jacks, hammer etc.)
  • Keep daily log of work done to turn into shift supervisor at end of each shift.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Machine operator Qualifications:

  • 3 years prior machine operator experience
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds or less and on a rare occasion must be able to lift, push and pull objects that are 75 pounds.
  • Must be able to read a tape measure
  • Must be mechanically inclined.

Mason Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Mason working with brick and block (required)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to and from jobsite
  • Ability to work on ladders and scaffolding up to 10 feet
  • Strong understanding of masonry tools, materials, and techniques
  • Ability to read basic blueprints and follow job specifications
  • Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working outdoors
