Installation Technician

US Tech Force is looking for a Rubber Installation Technician to provide good udder hygiene for daily milking routines.

Rubber Installation Technician Duties:

  • Remove used liner products from exchanged teat cups.
  • Wash and sanitize teat cups.
  • Organize washed and sanitized teat cups by size and brand.
  • Install new liners per Dairy specifications into teat cups.
  • Replace existing used teat cups and liners with washed and sanitized teat cups with new liners.
  • Address issues of any installation point that does not meet specifications or notify the service department manager.
  • Install new short air tubes, twin air tubes, milk tubes, CIP tubes, and wash cups on Dairy when needed and scheduled with Dairy Producer.
  • Maintain inventory transfers into appropriate warehouses.
  • Assist Scheduled Maintenance on larger maintenance projects.
  • Maintain a clean, organized and safe operating company vehicle.

Rubber Installation Technician Qualifications:

  • Valid Driver’s License with an insurable license is required
  • Must be mechanically inclined
  • Must be able to work in farm related conditions and around animals

    performance and feasibility of alternative concepts.
  • Utilize AutoCAD & Solidworks
  • Participate in design reviews for customer projects to ensure quality design
    output.
  • Develop project documentation in accordance with customer requirements to
    ensure project information is properly organized and archived.
  • Provide technical support to ensure production start-up issues are resolved in a

Mechanical Engineer Qualifications:

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

US Tech Force is looking for a talented and driven Electrical Engineer to join a growing team in Appleton, WI!

Electrical Engineer Responsibilities:

  • Design electrical control systems to meet customer’s specifications.
  • Specifying electrical drive, control and sensor components to be used in the design of equipment and systems.
  • Develop electric schematics for equipment and systems using AutoCAD.
  • Work with electrical sub-contractors to specify, develop and test electrical components that are incorporated into the overall equipment and system.
  • Design electrical wiring systems for power, control and monitoring of equipment used in both safe and hazardous locations.
  • Develop and manage Programmable Logic Control systems used in equipment and systems.
  • Directly oversee the equipment assembly and testing demonstration at our crane or winch test facility.
  • Trouble shoot electrical control and monitoring systems during testing and installation.
  • Support the development and assembly of equipment by providing documentation and assistance to ensure high quality products are built in a timely manner.
  • Provide technical support to ensure production start-up issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Produce an acceptable quantity of work in a timely manner.
  • Support Field Service requests and be willing to travel to job sites.

Electrical Engineer Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology.
  • Must have AutoCAD knowledge and experience
  • Posses strong analytical skills and basic knowledge of electrical design.
  • Ability to work hands on strongly preferred.

Mechanical Engineer Wage: $55,000 – $60,000 (Salary)

Electrical Maintenance Technician – Lead

The ideal candidate will be proficient in electrical troubleshooting and preventative maintenance to maintain a state of the art facility; must also be able to perform electrical maintenance equipment repairs and support special projects.

Lead Electrical Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

  • Participate in WF’s 6-S Program (housekeeping)
  • Demonstrate ability to utilize process control documents and Departmental Work Instructions (DWIs)
  • Make electrical adjustments to machinery to insure efficient operations
  • Perform conduit, wiring, troubleshooting, machine repair, panel building and other duties as assigned

Lead Electrical Maintenance Technician Requirements:

  • Education, equivalent experience, or actively pursuing a degree in Electrical related field
  • Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift when needed
  • Previous supervisory / team lead experience
  • Must be proficient in the following:
    • Conduit bending
    • Hydraulics
    • Pneumatics
    • Project layout
    • Troubleshooting
    • Open loop/Closed loop control
    • Robotic troubleshooting/Programming
    • Electrical schematics
    • Welding

Education/Experience Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED equivalent
  • Associate’s Degree in Electrical, Military, Industrial field or equivalent

SAFETY COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Improve reliability of new product development processes
  • Maintain company quality standards.

  • Oversee the product manufacturing process to ensure things are being done safely.
  • Actively participate in safety meetings with the manufacturing team

  • Travel to off-site locations to conduct training on a scheduled basis.

  • 2+ years of experience in professional quality assurance and safety/loss control.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Able to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Knowledge of OSHA and EPA rules and regulations and applicable regulatory agencies.

US Tech Force is seeking a Metal Finisher to become an integral part of a team!  The Metal Finisher will use specialized equipment to finish and assemble new metal forms.

Responsibilities:

  • Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products
  • Install and repair various equipment and components
  • Follow blueprints to meet product specifications
  • Calculate material measurements to verify specifications
  • Conduct tests to evaluate weld quality and tolerance
  • Clean, grind, polish and perform all types of metal finishing work on stainless steel and other metals, by hand or using hand-held power tools or other specialized machines.
  • Apply finishes to metals.
  • Move, stack, store and transfer materials and supplies around the shop, loading docks and storage areas.
