We are in search of  experienced energetic Lawn Care Techs who enjoys outdoor physical work.

Duties include:

• Mow or edge lawns, using Zero Turn power mowers and lawn edgers.
• Mix and spray or spread fertilizers, herbicides, or insecticides onto grass, shrubs, or trees, using hand or automatic sprayers or spreaders.
• Prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges, using shears, pruners, or chain saws.
• Rake, mulch, and compost leaves.
• Water lawns, trees, or plants, using portable sprinkler systems, hoses, or watering cans.
*       Assist with constructing small retainer walls.
*       Winter work also available with snowplowing.

Qualification:

Experience in operating a zero turn mower and all other listed duties.

Dependable. Can work in various weather conditions.

Can lift to 50# occasionally.

Valid Drivers License.

Work well on own and can follow instructions.

Pre employment drug screen.

The qualified candidates will possess the following traits: Self-starter, leader, and logical planner as well as motivation to exceed in the landscape industry. Can interview potential employees and train them on their required duties involving the retail and the horticultural duties. Meet with Vendors and Client at a professional level. Troubleshoot and solve problems.

• Answer inquiries from current or prospective customers regarding methods, materials, or price ranges.
• Confer with other supervisors to coordinate work activities with those of other departments or units.
• Establish and enforce operating procedures and work standards that will ensure adequate performance and personnel safety.
• Inspect completed work to ensure conformance to specifications, standards, and contract requirements.
• Investigate work-related complaints to verify problems and to determine responses.
• Maintain required records, such as personnel information or project records.
• Monitor project activities to ensure that instructions are followed, deadlines are met, and schedules are maintained.

Mon-Fri 7:00am to 4:30pm. Weekends IF necessary.

Year round work.

Qualifications:

Individuals must have qualifying experience in both Hard and Softscape installation. 

Experience in the listed duties especially in the horticultural field.

Great professional customer service skills.

A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Route Driver

In search of an experienced driver to deliver products from the New Berlin vicinity to Madison, Fond du Lac and return to New Berlin operating a 26′ box truck.  #1 priority is to be a safe driver. No personal cell phones on during business hours. Need to be dependable. Ability to scan and keep accurate records. Customer friendly service.

Monday through Fridays. 2:00pm till 10:00pm

Requirements:

A must to have both professional driving(26′ or larger vehicle)

Class D Valid license with a clean driving record.

Scanner and computer experience.

Pre employment drug screen.

No prior attendance issues.
