We are looking to hire a full-time Shipper/Warehouse Person that will provide assistance with the shipping/receiving/transportation team. Will operator a lift truck and perform safety checks, monitor warehouse equipment and report maintenance problems, load & unload trucks, assist team with order picking, maintain the inbound/outbound shipments

2nd Shift

Must be able to lift more than 45 lbs., be able to climb, bend and repetitive motions, have good written and oral communication skills, be motivated and positive and be able to complete various reports, resolve process issues and participate on the team problem solving committee.

Safety Specialist

We are looking for an entry level Safety Technician/Administrator for a long-term (military leave coverage) coverage with a well respected company in the Algoma, WI area.
The primary responsibilities will be to help ensure the safety and security of the employees by following the standardized safety practices for the company.
The duties will include: provide coaching, auditing & training on company safety activities, perform safety walkthroughs, complete safety checklists and report
on results & make recommendations for improvement, helps facilitate safety meetings and talks, help follow-up on various safety concerns,
and helps ensure the companies safety procedures are understood and followed.

Full-Time through at least March 2017 (could be longer)

Mon. – Thur. 7:00 am – 4:30 pm

Should be familiar with and have experience working within a manufacturing environment & some knowledge with general manufacturing practices.

Great communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to learn, understand and train others on safety practices
Must be able to quickly walk throughout the facility a number of times throughout the day.

We are looking for an experienced Billing Manager for an immediate opening within an established Green Bay area Business! The position is responsible for managing the Billing Department including overseeing the Billing Clerks and Reviewers. Position requires solid knowledge of accounting procedures accompanied with a high level of experience in analyzing data, problem solving, managing work flow, and generating reports.  Employee must be very detail oriented.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Must have excellent attention to detail.
2. Must have an insurance acceptable, valid driver’s license.
3. Must have computer skills to include using Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook and be able to efficiently utilize the internet as needed
4. Must have at least 5 years of experience in accounting and/or a minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; prior accounts receivables, billing/collection and prior supervising experience is preferred.

Monday – Friday – 7:30am-4:30pm.  There is some flexibility with the hours.

The primary purpose of this position is to troubleshoot, repair and maintain all electrical and mechanical equipment in a paper converting manufacturing facility to ensure production continuity and efficiency.

• Safely trouble shoot, repair, and maintain paper converting equipment, including rewinding and folding capabilities. • Respond to operator, quality, and/or supervisor requests on equipment specifications. • Knowledge in electronic components, PLC controls, AC/DC drives and motors, servo drives and motors, sensors, • Comfortable in a manufacturing/industrial environment. • Ability to look up components in electrical/mechanical manuals and submit into an order form. • Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment and document accordingly. • Knowledge in Hydraulics and Pneumatics. • Read and understand electrical and hydraulic/pneumatic schematics. • Perform LOTO and Arc Flash. Qualifications: • Basic knowledge and experience in operating a welder, torch, plasma cutter, mill, lathe, drill press, common power tools and hand tools • Able to use micrometers, indicators, Multimeters, and Megohmmeters • Perform grade changes; log saw blade changes, slitter changes, perf blade changes on equipment when needed. • Safely use scissors lifts, high lifts, hoist, lift trucks, lifting straps, chain falls, etc. • Able to perform general Building and Grounds tasks. • Active in First Aid, CPR, First Responder and Safety Committee.
