US Tech Force is looking for an addition to our Service Team and a great opportunity for the right individual. We are looking for a Dedicated Individual to work as a Service Technician to learn and grow with the company.

WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATES!

Position: Full Time 1st Shift

Job Duties:
* Inspecting, repairing and testing all manual, electrical and air cranes and hoists to factory specs.
* Operate and certify customer products (hoists, spreader beams, etc).
* Provide solutions to customer problems and provide estimate of repairs to customers.
* Participate in our “new” technological Hoist/Crane inspection process.
* Inspection and Repair of Cranes.

Education & Relevant Experience

  • Good driving record
  • Maintenance background, Electrical, Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical
  • Knowledge base of Electrical test equipment, welding, drill press, lathe, hoist, cranes – willing to train
  • Mechanically Inclined, Math aptitude, computer literacy, troubleshooting, professional demeanor with the ability to  be a team player.
  • Ability to lift 75-100 lbs.

Shift Differential Pay: $2.00 per hour for time worked between 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

The Utility Operator will help the machine operator and ensure that the equipment is operating efficiently. The primary responsibilities will be to help ensure the product is staged adequately, quality of product, assist with machine set-up and operation, and ensure work area is clean and safe.

Must be able to use a variety of hand and power tools, work independently and be self motivated. Fork lift experience helpful – but not necessary.

Aftermarket Sales Specialist

US Tech Force is looking for an Aftermarket Sales Specialist that is responsible for delivering and selling Aftermarket and Farm Supply products and dairy supplies in the assigned territory.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the timely delivery of Aftermarket and Farm Supply products to the dairy
  • Responsible for selling Aftermarket and Farm Supply products
  • Advise customers on the proper care and use of products
  • Perform wash-up and troubleshooting services as required, and responsible for liner and hose changes for Aftermarket customers
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Drive a route vehicle, and maintain the vehicle and products necessary to complete job
  • Inventory management and preparation of invoices for services performed or products sold
  • Responsible for lead generation and aftermarket account growth; lead generation of Capital Sales and Service
  • Responsible for collection of any outstanding balances pertaining to aftermarket supplies

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Ability to serve as a dairy consultant – understanding the issues on the farm and providing appropriate solutions
  • Sufficient knowledge of essential Aftermarket products such as Hygiene, Rubber, filters, and soaps and chemicals
  •  Ability to travel locally is required
  • Must possess a CDL Class B or greater; Hazmat and tanker endorsements are required
  • Must be able to work some evenings and weekends
  • Ability to lift 70 lbs.
  • Strong organizational skills, as well as strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to use computer and related software provided by DeLaval Dairy Services
  • Motivated, self-starter who can work independently, yet function and participate as part of a team

EXPERIENCE / BACKGROUND

  • High school degree and basic mathematical aptitude required
  • Previous route sales experience in dairy-related industry is preferred

Concrete Estimator – Operations Manager

US Tech Force is looking for a dynamic individual for a CONCRETE ESTIMATING JOB with an established company in the Fox Valley Area. The Concrete estimator will be responsible for providing accurate Concrete and Internal Steel Work Estimates for agricultural and light commercial building projects.  Develop, coordinate, and check all documents for accuracy and Provide technical support for outside sales staff.

Duties to Include:

Use construction plans to determine materials, estimating, and details
Study job specifications
Estimate concrete costs
Estimate internal steel work costs
Estimate bedding surface material costs
Fill out inventory reports (pullsheets)
Some material ordering
Prepare change orders and provide pricing to sales staff or customers
Assisting project manager on multiple projects and work closely with co-workers, customers, and vendors to coordinate project details
Perform additional assignments as directed by superiors or as required for successful project completion

Required Skills:
Extremely strong organizational skills, capable of multi-tasking and ability to prioritize
Must have great accuracy and detailed-oriented
Commitment to outstanding customer service
Must be able to evaluate information and analyze problems logically to develop solutions
Great work ethic with exceptional sense of urgency and able to work within strict deadlines
Interpersonal skills are essential
Proficient in Office Application (Excel, Word)
Reliable transportation is a must and valid driver’s license (Light travel may be required)
Strong communication skills are essential tails

Other Experience:
Knowledge using CAD software is desirable

Production Worker

US Tech Force is looking to add Production Workers to their first shift production team in Waupaca, WI.  As a Production Worker you will responsible for unloading parts at the Laser or Break Press Machines. These positions operate  6:00 am-4:30 pm Monday – Thursday

Responsibilities:

  • Unload parts off the machine
  • Grind and finish metal parts
  • Sort and count order quantities
  • Sheet metal fabrication operating machines, such as, press brakes, punch presses, deburr and lasers.
  • Prepare for shipping to customers 
  • Lays out parts to prepare for assembly 
  • Removes completed work pieces or parts from machinery using hand tools 
  • Reads blueprints, work orders or production schedules to determine product or job instructions or specification

Preferred skills/Experience:

  • Laser or CNC operating background
  • Ability to operate a Forklift
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • MIG/TIG welding
  • Mechanical assembly, electrical, fabrication, operating machines (press brake, deburr, lasers, punch presses)

Responsibilities: 
• Operate lift trucks or hand trucks to convey, move or hoist materials to proper departments or areas.
• Operate banding tools and crimps, manual stretch wrappers.
• Unpack, examine and route incoming shipments, reject damaged items, record shortages, and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages. Receives and processes all defective parts returned for replacement or credit.
• Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
• Perform all computer functions necessary to track various aspects of goods.
• Support the shipment of goods produced and the received goods and supplies to be used in or to aid in the production/storage of goods destined for sale to our customer base.
• Responsible for making arrangements for pick up by the carrier specified on the customer’s purchase order, which is conveyed to the shipping clerk by final inspection via the shipping instructions.
• Responsible for keeping an adequate supply of shipping materials on hand at all times.
• Required to make local pickups and deliveries to our customers using the company vehicle.

Education & Relevant Experience

Must Possess and maintain a good driving record
Proficient computer skills
Good organizational and communication skills
Ability to lift up to 75-100 lbs.

Shipping Coordinator

US Tech Force is looking for an experienced Shipping Coordinator.  This person will assure that all products being loaded meet customer specifications.  Also, responsible for receiving items and overseeing the supply of material.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the set-up of lumber for current runs.
  • Stage appropriate materials in designated areas
  • Oversees the staging of finished goods for shipping for all departments.
  • Ensure overrun is properly marked prior to removal from mill.
  • Direct incoming materials from the Rough Mill in designated areas.
  • Coordinate the loading of  Products and/or common carrier trucks.
  • Operate forklift at a safe speed and in a safe manner at all times.
  • Maintain clear aisle ways from all exits and fire extinguishers.
  • Monitor inventories on all stock items.
  • Rotate stock on a first in, first out basis.

Skills:

  • Able to work well with others
  • Must be able to read and write
  • Must be able to perform basic mathematical computations
  • On most occasions will lift 50 pounds or less and on a rare occasion must be able to lift, push and pull objects that are 75 pounds or heavier
  • Must be able to sit, walk, bend and twist for long periods of time throughout the day
  • Must be able to read a tape measure
  • Must be able to understand and adhere to all the safety requirements of the pallet manufacturing facility

Solar Installation Technician

Solar Installation Technician – $14.00 – $18.00

US Tech Force is  looking to hire a Solar Installation Technician to work in the Appleton/Fox Valley are. The Solar Technician will help mount solar electric panels on roofs &/or on ground mounted structures on residential and commercial properties according to pre-determined plans.

Daily Responsibilities and Duties

Assess job site, identify and resolve potential hazards. Interpret solar panel installation plans, following manufacturer instructions for proper installation of mounting hardware, components, and solar electric panels. System installations include conduit and wire runs.

Technical/construction skills are preferred with good attention to detail.  Good customer service skills are required. Willing to provide Training for the Right Person.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Clean history is required (drug testing/criminal)
  • Electrical experience is a plus but not required
  • Experience in installing solar is a plus but not required
  • Experience in construction or roofing is a plus but not required
  • Must be familiar with using power tools
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • Must be able to work outdoors for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to perform physical tasks as required including; digging trenches, working from ladders and working comfortably on roofs
  • Work includes accessing attics and basements
  • Work involves participating on a team but job duties will also include independent work.
  • Have reliable transportation with a valid driver’s License
