  • Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
  • Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
  • Presents prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.
  • Maintains cost data base by entering and backing up data.
  • Has good mechanical aptitude.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements

  • Team player with strong estimating, planning, analytical reporting, problem-solving, attention to detail, work ethic, technical, written, and oral communication skills are preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office is a must.
  • Experience with AutoCad is ideal.
  • Working history in the conveyor packaging, food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, paper, industrial or household markets a plus.

Work with Project Managers, Supervisors and other Managers regarding the timely shipment of company projects.

Job Duties:

  • Receive and verify incoming packages from all carriers.
  • Post into inventory database.
  • Verify stock parts from a purchase requisition using database.
  • Schedule all outgoing trucks with various logistics companies.
  • Package parts orders and smaller items for delivery.
  • Keep shipping area clean of debris.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:

  • Team player with strong attention to detail, work ethic, technical, organizational, written, and oral communication skills are preferred.
  • Experience reading Auto Cad drawings is helpful, not required.
  • Must be able to work with little to no supervision.
  • Must be able to lift over 50 pounds, use a hand truck and drive a fork lift.

1st Shift and weekend shifts available

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operation of CNC Lasers
  • Strong knowledge of laser cutting system or school trained.
  • Produce quality metal fabricated parts according to print
  • Use precision measuring equipment for quality assurance of parts
  • Follow instructions on work orders
  • Load, set-up, and run laser to planned arrangements
  • Select grinders, abrasives and utilize a variety of metal finishing tools to meet specified surface requirements
  • Utilize a variety of material control devices
  • Work responsibly and safely at all times.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • Related experience and/or training preferred
  • Experience with Lasers, Programming and Welding
  • 1 year Laser Operator Experience Preferred
  • 2+ years of CNC Machine Operator experience on other types of CNC machinery

Job Duties:

Sanding, Staining and Spray finishing on custom cabinets.

  • Completes the final touches to cabinets, such as sanding and varnishing, to make them ready for installation.
  • Use a variety of tools to brush, stain, paint, and seal cabinets.
  • Must be proficient with different types of materials.
  • Apply lacquer on the cabinets
  • Color-matching the top coat of the cabinets to ensure uniformity
  • Creating custom designs on the cabinets.

Quality Inspector

US Tech Force is looking for a Quality Inspector to ensure the quality and safety of products.   You will be responsible for inspecting and testing wall panels, bridge girders, beams and columns throughout the production process.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs testing of materials and subassemblies .
  • Inspects and records rebar strand tensioning.
  • Inspects concrete beds and forms prior to concrete pour.
  • Checks dimensions of various product aspects
  • Performs regular inspection of concrete mixing, placing compaction, finishing and curing.
  • Prepares concrete specimens for testing. Regularly performs test for slump, air content and cylinder strength.
  • Regularly observes the production process and operations
  • Performs final inspection of finished products prior to shipment.
  • Identifies and records quality issues. Works with production to resolve quality issues.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working as quality inspection role in a manufacturing environment a plus.
  • Ability to accurately read blueprints, production and erection drawings.
  • Willingness to achieve the required certifications (ACI and PCI), at the company’s expense, if hired.
  • Strong attention to detail, work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • Willingness and ability to work outside all year round.

Material Handler

US Tech Force is looking for a reliable Material Handler for receiving, inspecting, testing and other handling of all equipment, tools and supplies.

  • Unloads equipment, tools and supplies being received from completed jobs.
  • Examines and tests all equipment, tools and supplies to determine if repairs are needed.
  • Forwards items to the appropriate location for repairs, depending on what is needed.
  • Prepares items for storage after completing inspections, following storage and inventory guidelines.
  • Moves equipment around the warehouse and lot as needed.
  • Operates a forklift, material handling equipment and other power tools in a safe manner.
  • Maintains a clean, neat and safe work area.
  • Wears all assigned PPE and observes  safety guidelines at all times.
  • Due to customer service demands, regular and reliable attendance is required.
  • Completes all related paperwork in a timely manner.
  • May be called upon to occasionally operate a vehicle to run routine errands.

Position Requirements

  • Familiarity with heavy equipment operation preferred.
  • Complete all  training and perform job duties as required.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen .
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, insurable driving history and ability to operate a motor vehicle following all traffic laws and safe, courteous driving habits.
