Great Opportunity with a GREAT Company! US Tech Force is looking for a Full-Time, Year Round person to work as a Tank Constructor! The primary responsibilities will be to assist the crew in constructing steel tanks – general construction experience helpful, but willing to train.

Working on the ground level – the Tank Constructor will assemble bolted water tanks in industrial and agricultural settings.

  • Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 40 – 60 hours per week – year round work
  • Company transportation provided from shop to worksite
  • Climbing ladders with approximate heights of 90 feet up
  • Able to lift about 50 lbs.
  • Up to 25% overnight travel

POSITION INFORMATION:

The Body Shop Manger is responsible for developing business through insurance adjusters, customers, and other sources to assure an adequate sales volume, provide a reasonable department operating profit, and maintain certain customer satisfaction standards while controlling expenses.  S/he directs the activities of body shop employees in performing body repairs, including meeting time schedules and productivity levels and maintaining quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Two years of experience in an auto body repair facility.
  • Working knowledge of body repair methods.
  • One year of supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication and managerial skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of all body shop staff.
  • Break down estimates into labor and parts before the job is started  so that Repair Technicians are aware of time allowances.
  • Direct and schedule the activities of all body shop employees.
  • Prepare final billing for completed repair orders.

Supervisor – Laser Department

The Laser Department Supervisor’s role is to oversee and ensure the Laser Department is efficiently running.  Acting as a leader, it is your responsibility to develop strategies on meeting goals within a timeline and ensure that the workforce is functioning effectively in a harmonious environment.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Associates degree or equivalent, relevant experience
  • 4+ years’ experience in a metal fabrication/manufacturing environment desirable
  • Strong knowledge of laser cutting system or school trained.
  • Setup and work experience on multiple brands of CNC machines such as Mitsubishi CO2 and Fiber lasers, Amada, Mazak, Bystronic, or Messer is highly preferred.

  • Define goals, communicate objectives and monitor team performance.

Our manufacturing firm is seeking a Screen Print Assistant.  You will be working in multiple departments.  This position will provide the successful candidate with the chance to apply their knowledge, learn new skills and work as a team within a clean and safe environment. You will be responsible for creating the printing design pattern, mixing the correct ink colors, loading the screen onto the printer, producing the final printed articles, and cleaning the machine after each batch. Farm Associate

US Tech Force is looking for self-motivated and hard working individuals to work in different aspects of a large dairy and grain farm.

Duties would include feeding, equipment maintenance, field work, and other miscellaneous jobs

  • Assisting with hauling seed, fuel, fertilizer and chemicals
  • Assisting with hay baling, running a mower, rake, baler or wrapper and moving hay
  • Feeding cattle on a daily basis
  • Assisting with processing cattle; pregnancy-checking, vaccinating and tagging
  • Assisting with shipping out fat cattle and moving cows to different pastures
  • Assisting with calving season in both Spring and Fall

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Must be a self-motivated and detail-oriented person with the ability to adapt to changing situations on a daily basis
  • Prior agricultural and cattle experience preferred
  • Wood working, electrical, wiring, fabricating, welding skills
  • Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds.
  • Good communication and ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to work weekends and long hours during busy seasons

Pay: $12.00 per hour

Schedule: 12 hour shift – 11:00am – 11:00pm OR 11:00pm – 11:00am 6 days/week

Preferred Qualifications/Experience

  • Associates or Bachelors degree required
  • 5+ years’ experience in a metal fabrication/manufacturing environment desirable
  • Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes including lasers, CNC turret punches, press brakes, welding, sawing and milling operations.
  • Ability to interpret and perform geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) evaluations required.
  • PPAP, Control plans, PFMEA knowledge required.
  • Experience using a CMM machine (Romer, Faro, etc.) and other inspection tools and gauges
  • History of working with customers, understanding their needs and processes in order to provide solutions in a consultative manner.
  • Consultative approach to Quality
  • Ability to work independently, quickly and accurately in an environment with changing/fluctuating priorities.
  • Action-oriented, customer service-oriented attitude, taking initiative to follow projects and jobs through the production process.
  • Proficient in following and managing an ISO 9001 environment required
