Preferred Qualifications/Experience

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in a metal fabrication/manufacturing environment desirable
  • Strong knowledge of  lasers, CNC turret punches, press brakes, welding, sawing and milling operations.
  • Experience with CAD packages such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks
  • Estimates work by gathering proposals, blueprints, specification and related documents.
  • Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications and related documents.
  • Computes costs by analyzing labor, material and time requirements.
  • Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
  • Presents prepared estimates by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.
  • Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
  • Serves as a key liaison in order to provide answers in a timely manner during production.
  • Provide staff with information pertaining to pricing strategies and/or risk factors.

Maintenance Electrician

As a Maintenance Electrician you will work as part of the Maintenance Department, responsible for maintaining equipment associated with the production, packaging and distribution of Products through preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance.  Direct Hire Opportunity

 Skills/Abilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of daily/weekly preventative maintenance activities including work and parts preparation. Actively participate in failure analysis and equipment/ systems troubleshooting.
  • Provide routine maintenance training to team members. Participate in cost effective decision making, identifying and maintaining critical spare part inventory levels. Lead and execute repairs on high speed manufacturing equipment.
  • Actively participates in the design, implementation and upgrade of all reliability programs.
  • Set up and operate all types of mechanical tools which could include general machinist tools and alignment devices.
  • Read blue prints and related technical literature as required. Fabricate parts, form blue prints and sketches.
  • Ability/willingness to learn Microsoft Windows-based computer systems and specific systems such as SAP, TALCM and DTR.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Applicants for this job must possess a Journeyman Electrician Certification Card or an Associate’s Degree or greater in an Electrical field, along with a minimum of three (3) years previous experience as a maintenance electrician OR equivalent Military Education/Training.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to maintain a work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime.
  • Ability to work at heights, in pits and confined spaces.
  • Understanding of predictive, preventative maintenance concepts and commitment to continuing education.
  • Successful candidates will have strong communication, leadership, self-motivation, problem solving, decision-making skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with a willingness and commitment to work as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience with high speed manufacturing and converting equipment.
  • Previous experience with computer managed maintenance systems such as SAP.
  • Programming Rockwell PLC, VFDrives and HMI software required: RSLogix5000, RSLogix 5, Review Factory Talk (Control Logix, GuardLogix, PLC5, PanelView, Networks: EtherNet, DH+, RIO, PowerFlex and other Rockwell drives).
  • In addition to PLC knowledge, specific trade experience in general electrical maintenance, instrumentation, DCS, and low to medium voltage electrical work experience is desirable.

Hours: Monday – Friday 6:00am – 2:30pm

SUMMARY: Position entails the cutting, fabricating, routing, welding and assembly of plastic materials including, sheet, rod, tube and pipe. Must be able read and interpret engineering drawings to create component or part to meet customer supplied specifications. .

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILTIES AND DUTIES:

  • Cut, weld and bend materials to specification as required and inspect each part/component for accuracy.
  • Safely operate all shop equipment including: panel, table, chop and cut-off saws, hand held and extrusion welders as well as bending and butt welding machines.
  • Have the ability to use general shop measuring equipment such as tape measure, calipers and veneers.
  • Must be able to read, understand and adhere to all safety rules, operating instructions and procedure manuals.
  • Be alert, safety conscience and look out for the safety and wellbeing of all other colleagues.
  • Responsible to maintain a clean and organized work area and clean up area after each use.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Ability to effectively communicate and have above average human relations skills.
  • Accurate and detail oriented with excellent mathematical aptitude. Basic understanding of geometry is
    required.

Our Material Handler will be responsible for unloading product deliveries, staging products based on customer orders and assisting with organizing and maintaining existing inventory.

Tasks:

  • Assist in reviewing pick sheets based on customer orders and then pulling the right products for each order
  • Load and unload delivery trucks and make sure that each incoming delivery matches the company purchase order
  • Collaborate with the inventory control and purchasing groups to determine when product is missing in a delivery
