WAREHOUSE AND DELIVERY DRIVER

We are currently looking for a Full-Time Warehouse and Delivery Driver for an immediate Opening. The Warehouse Associate will assist with packing and organizing orders, staging products, inventory control, delivery of product to an offsite facility, loading and unloading product onto a trailer, and proven experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

–Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule

–Inventory and quality control

–Load and unload products onto truck/trailer according to company’s specifications

–Maintain and organize product throughout warehouse

–Deliver product to installers as needed

–Grounds maintenance

REQUIREMENTS:

–Basic understanding of warehousing and inventory

–Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50lbs

–Comfortable with warehousing practices and methods

–Good organizational and time management skills

–Clean driving record

–Minimum 1-year experience of delivery driver

–Strong customer service skills

–Minimum 1-year of fork lift experience

–Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word

–High school diploma

–No CDL required

Refrigeration Technician

Refrigeration Technician – $20.00 +

NOW Hiring – a Refrigeration Technician that troubleshoots and repairs the mechanical and electrical components of industrial refrigeration systems.

This is a full-time position. Work will be performed Monday through Thursday, 7:30 am to 4:15 pm and Friday 7:30 am to 3:00 pm., 40 hours per week. Occasional overtime may be required as job duties demand.

Their work focuses primarily on evaporators, condensers, condensing units, chillers, compressors and some ammonia equipment.

Essential Functions:  

  • Fabricate and assemble structural and functional components of refrigeration system, using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
  • Lift and align components into position using a hoist.
  • Braze or solder parts to repair defective joints and leaks.
  • Test lines, components, and connections for leaks.
  • Dismantle systems and test components, using electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic testing equipment.
  • Adjust or replace worn or defective mechanisms and parts, and reassemble repaired systems.
  • Install wiring to connect components to an electric power source.
  • Perform mechanical overhauls and refrigerant reclaiming.
  • Cut, bend, thread, and connect pipe to functional components and water, power, or refrigeration system.
  • Communicate problems and concerns to Production Supervisor.
  • Repair refrigerant leaks, evaporators, coolers and freezers.
  • Process refrigerant in accordance to EPA Regulations.
  • Track refrigerant use per FL & EPA guidelines.
  • Electrical control wiring and troubleshooting of controls.Analyze mechanical operation of units for proper operation.
  • Order necessary repair parts.
  • Build and mount units on pallets/frames for shipping purposes.
  • Available and willing to help in different areas of the company as needed in a positive, professional manner.
  • Ensure a positive communication dialogue and respect with all supervisors, peers and subordinates.

Work Environment:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles. Work is completed in a heated and air conditioned shop with engineering controls in place for fume and particulate recovery.

Physical Demands:

  • The physical demands described here must be met by the employee to successfully perform the essential job functions of this position
  • This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, twisting, crouching, pulling and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and move items weighing up to 35lbs.

Required Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • EPA Refrigeration Certification (Universal)
  • Refrigeration/HVAS/Electrical experience

We are currently looking for a 1st nd 2nd Shift CNC Router Operator for an immediate opening in the Fox Valley Area.

CNC Router operator performs the following duties (not inclusive):

• Set up Program*
• Transfer material using a vacuum assisted hoist to table**
• Insure material is secured to table**
• Begin operations**
• Remove plugs and other materials at conclusion of each run**
• Clean wood dust and debris from product and slide to an adjustable table****
• Clean table of dust and material and place next piece of material on table****

Must be capable of standing for long periods of time, the ability to lift, carry on a consistent basis 0 – 50#. There are times of stooping and bending, occasional kneeling and an average amount of walking during the performance of duties.

• Second Shift Monday – Thursday 430 PM – 4 AM
• Overtime- if other overtime is required we ask for volunteers and work occasionally past the normal week’s schedule

Excellent communication skills

We are looking for a Grinder/Finisher for a full time/position in an established Neenah, WI Company. The primary responsibilities of the Grinder will be to grind and polish metal objects (primarily stainless steel). Will use most small hand tools and power tools, and will inspect for flaws and cracks. WILLING TO PROVIDE TRAINING!!!

Responsibilities:

  • Use a variety of methods, abrasives, air powered tools and equipment to safely and efficiently grind, polish and blast materials to meet required results.
  • Perform light maintenance on tools and report equipment faults for repairs.
  • Immediately report quality and safety problems to management.
  • Perform required work with minimal supervision.
  • Create and maintain professional/respectful relationships with others. Communicate effectively.
  • Ensure equipment and facilities are maintained in good, clean, and safe operating condition.
  • Safely and efficiently operate Fork Lift and Overhead Crane to load and unload parts from machines, fixtures and work areas.
  • Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and work rules.
  • Maintain good performance, behavior, communication, attitude, morale and attendance.

Qualifications:

  • Some metal grinding & polishing experience preferred – not necessary
  • Must be capable of learning and efficiently performing multiple functions throughout the polishing department including but not limited to grinding, polishing, blasting and associated metal fabrication work.
  • Must be capable of using a variety of methods, abrasives and tools to safely and efficiently grind and polish materials.
  • Must possess good communication, problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced fabrication environment requiring good manual dexterity.
  • Capable of bending, twisting, squatting, kneeling, crawling, climbing, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching/working overhead and standing for long periods of time while performing physically demanding repetitive job tasks.
  • Capable of regular lifting randomly sized items up to 60 pounds.
  • Must function effectively and productively individually and within a team focused work group.
  • Must be reliable with a strong work ethic and strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability.

This is a Working Supervisor Position and the ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a positive disposition, very reliable and willing and able to assist wherever needed

  • 1-2 years’ Supervisory experience;
  • 2+ years’ experience wiring control panels and equipment.
  • Must know how to drill and tap, and wire from schematics.
  • Read electrical schematics, can wire control panels and field devices.

Electrical duties to include but not limited to: Running conduit, pulling and terminating wires, bending and treading pipe, drilling and tapping holes. Additional skills to include editing and troubleshooting PLC’s is preferred. Mechanical Duties to include but not limited to: Assembly of material handling equipment from blueprints and drawings.
