Responsibilities:

  • Follow all safety rules and regulations.
  • Layout, align, and weld fabricated steel components.
  • Assemble structures such as racks, railings, and containers.
  • Weld assemblies according to blueprints and engineering standards.
  • Set up equipment and weld parts on auto MIG equipment
  • Operate forklift
  • Maintain base production rate

Education/Experience/ Abilities:

  • High School Diploma
  • 3 months related experience
  • Read and follow instructions
  • Effective communication in small groups

Polish Shop Operator – 3rd Shift

Polish Shop Operator – $16.00 – $20.00

Set up, operate, or tend grinding and related tools that remove excess material or burrs from surfaces, sharpen edges or corners, or buff, hone, or polish metal or plastic work pieces.  We currently have a number of openings for  Polish Shop Operators in our Fox City company.

3rd shift – Sunday through Thursday – 10:00 pm to 6:30 am with ½ hour unpaid lunch – shift premium is $2.00 / hr

Qualified candidates must have:

Basic knowledge of polishing/buffing stainless steel and other metals.
Have experience in operating both pedestal and hand grinding and buffing equipment.
Having familiarity with Vibratory Polishing and Glacier polishing equipment a plus.
Ability to follow Quality assurance procedures and processes
Good communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations

Packaging

General Labor – Packaging – Immediate Openings (1st Shift – 5:15 am – 3:15 pm)

The General Laborer will provide assistance to the machine operators, packaging, wrapping, loading, unloading machines, and helping ensure quality of product. This is within a food production environment

Responsibilities

  • Wrap and Unwrap packaging.
  • Operate cutting machines prior to packaging.
  • Load and unload product into packaging machine.
  • Palletize finished product.
  • Assist machine operators with operation of packaging machine.
  • Inspect finished product on the line.
  • Clean and sanitize equipment.Follow general safety policies and procedures.

Working Conditions

  • Repetitive work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Hair nets, ear plugs/muffs, hardhats, and/or safety glasses may be required.
  • Ability to frequently handle material from floor-to-waist, waist-to-shoulder, shoulder-to-overhead and pushing/pulling/carrying.
  • Ability to constantly stand/walk; bend/flex/extend/twist neck and back; frequently grip/reach/lift/pull with L/R hands.
  • Product weight: up to 75 lbs.

We are looking for a full time Maintenance Technician for a full time position – Immediate Opening in Appleton, WI. The primary responsibilities will be to ensure the equipment and building is in operating order, general maintenance on facility equipment, preventative maintenance, minor machine repair, electrical & mechanical repair, help ensure a neat and clean work environment and practice safety techniques at all time. The goal of the position is to help minimize machine downtime.

Should have 2-3 years Maintenance Experience in a manufacturing setting

Must have some Electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic experience and be very mechanically inclined

Should have an understanding of basic electrical components.

Experience Required:
3 years’ experience in a similar working environment.
2 Years CNC machining experience in a Job Shop (preferred)
Work Shift: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM, Monday – Thursday

Primary Function:

  • Responsible for the manufacturing of parts per plant specifications in an accurate and timely manner utilizing manual and CNC machine centers.
  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Set up; program and operate CNC machine centers.
  • Train other machinists on various machines.
  • Assist in the decision making process of future machine and tooling purchases.
  • Maintenance and repair of machines.
  • Meets with engineers to discuss potential machine problems.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

  • Detailed oriented with proven analytical skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot/problem solve.
  • Proficient at use measuring tools (caliper, micrometer and height/bore gages).

Solar Panel Installer – General Labor

SOLAR PANEL INSTALLER – General Laborer ($14.00 – $16.00/hour)

We are looking for a Solar Panel Installer for immediate work with a growing company. The primary responsibilities of the Solar Panel Installer will be to mount solar panels and perform minor electrical work on residential buildings, commercial buildings and on the ground level. Being able to work at heights and on roofs by adhering to all safety regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Candidates will be using power tools to screw brackets in rafters, mount rails to brackets and run wires and conduits on a roof.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS – GENERAL LABORERS

Clean history is required (drug testing/criminal)
Electrical experience is a plus but not required
Experience in installing solar is a plus but not required
Experience in construction or roofing is a plus but not required
Must be familiar with using power tools
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Must be able to work outdoors in all seasons
Must be comfortable with heights
Have a driver’s License Have reliable transportation
