Assembly – General Labor ($16.00/hour)

We are still in need of a General Laborer to help with the Assembly and Rebuilding of various types of Cooler and Freezer Doors.

Full Time; Monday through Thursday, 7:30am to 4:15pm and Friday 7:30am to 3:00pm, 40 hours per week. Occasional overtime may be required as job duties demand.

Essential Functions:

  • Aiding in the building and repair of used insulated cooler/freezer doors which will include sheet metal bending and cutting wood.
  • Assist in pouring foam and setting new doors.
  • Assist in measuring, bending and cutting of metal trim for new and used cooler packages.
  • Participate in the general shop maintenance and cleanup.
  • Assist in cooler box set up and breakdown.
  • Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing tasks.
  • Assist with the loading/unloading of truck shipments.
  • Working as needed with snow removal, lawn maintenance, scrapping and minor repairs to equipment/vehicles.
  • Have the ability to work in a team environment as well as individually.

Physical Demands:

  • This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, twisting, crouching, pulling and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and move items weighing up to 50lbs.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

Press Brake Operators

We have immediate openings on all shifts for PRESS BRAKE OPERATORS within an established and growing company in Oshkosh, WI. Will Set up and operate power brake to bend, notch, punch, form rolls, arc, or straighten metal plates or sheet metal and structural shapes to blueprint or specifications by performing the following duties.

$14.00 – $18.00++/hour based on experience

Shifts (Positions available on all 3 shifts):
1st shift 6:30 am – 4:30 pm Mon. – Thur.
2nd shift 4:45pm – 2:45 am Mon. – Thur.
3rd shift 6:30 am – 6:30 pm Fri – Sun.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Have a minimum of 6 months prior experience – Preferred
  • Must have computer experience
  • Good mathematics skills

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Selects, installs, and aligns tooling in accordance with the set up instructions
• Use CNC controls to bend flat blank in accordance with the bend instructions
• Use CNC controls to correct the bend angles and flange lengths to make conforming product
• Read and interpret blue prints
• Uses various gauges to confirm the piece is conforming to customer specifications
• Confirms and controls quality through a series of part checks
• Keep a neat organized work station
• Clean and examine machine and tooling to ensure optimal performance
• Prepare product to meet all shipping standards
• Perform all duties with safety as the number one priority

Shipping and Receiving – 1st Shift

Job Duties

  • Load, unload and prepare products for shipment
  • Verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments, and preparing items for shipment
  • Review shipping notices, bills of lading, invoices, orders, and other records to determine shipping priorities, work assignments, and shipping methods required to meet shipping and receiving schedules, utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates.
  • Help ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments.
  • Determines space requirements and position of shipment in boxcars and trucks and lays out position of shipment.

 Qualifications/Experience

  •  1+ years’ experience in a metal fabrication/manufacturing environment, 1 year’s experience with shipping/logistics.
  • Technology/computer savvy
  • Knowledge of transportation industry – desired.
  • Blueprint knowledge a plus.
  • Ability and experience setting priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently, quickly and accurately in an environment with changing/fluctuating priorities.
  • Must be very detail oriented and thorough with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

We are looking for an entry level Maintenance person to work within a manufacturing setting in the Oshkosh, WI area. The primary duties will be to safely and efficiently perform the general maintenance duties on the company’s machinery, equipment, vehicles, and facilities.

Primary duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

MATERIAL HANDLER

We have an immediate opening for an experienced Material Handler for a Full-Time, 1st Shift position in the Fox Valley area.

1st shift 7-3:30 pm M-F with possible overtime.

The Material Handler Should have experience with Over Head Crane and Loading Flat Bed Semi-Trailers. (Forklift is NOT a required skill).
Material Handlers will be:
–Masking & Un-masking of metal materials prior to and after painting.
–Moving materials with an overhead crane (after training).–Assisting in downloading of product. (Moving from semi-trailers to wagons)
–Sanding of painted and primed metal materials.
–Must be able to work in the heat and the cold.
–There is some cleaning of product.
–There is some stenciling of product.
–There is some minor installation on some pieces.

Industrial Painter

Industrial Painter ($16.00 – $20.00)

Job Title: Painter – 1st Shift Core Hours: 7 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Position Summary:

Must be able to take direction and work in a fast-paced industrial environment; priming, painting/coating primarily large steel/metal materials.

Primary Responsibilities: Will Train as needed.

Operating Equipment – Both conventional and airless methods used for epoxy, urethane and polyurethane paints. (Powder coating and automotive painting not necessarily transferable.)

Paint Knowledge – Experience with mixing paint as well as an understanding of its constituents and characteristics for ease in applying is a plus. As well as knowledge of anticipated drying times and correcting of flaws when necessary. (Willing to Train)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Prefer knowledge of paint production warehouse and/or heavy industrial background.
  • Conventional and airless painting experience are a plus. Attention to detail is mandatory to avoid runs, skips and other quality issues.
  • Must also be conscientious of safety and clean-up.
  • Basic knowledge of quality control practices and experience with wet mil gauges is beneficial.
  • Strong work ethic is a must. Unexcused absences and tardiness will not be tolerated.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills required.

Working Conditions:

• Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.
• Some jobs require working at heights that exceed 20 feet (after 90-day probationary period).
• May experience significant changes in room temperatures in severely hot or cold weather.
• Safety glasses/goggles, ear plugs, and steel toe boots must be worn at all times on shop floor.
• Must have pulmonary fit test along with hearing tests performed annually.
