Machinist

The Machinist will perform the technical responsibilities associated with the production of stainless steel parts. These tasks are performed with a variety of equipment and tooling that require attention and skills associated with the set-up and adjustment of said tools, in order to accurately produce parts in accordance with high quality standards. Success in the position requires in-depth knowledge of the various tools and equipment along with attention to detail and the execution of tasks in a safe and efficient manner. It requires interest and creativity in problem solving how a specific job can be produced and in working with others to accomplish that same goal. Working as a team, handling all the tools and materials in a safe, conscientious, and efficient manner to produce a high quality product is of utmost importance.

The operation of the following tools which may include, but not limited to: Mazak Tube Laser Plasma Robot Automated or manual T-drill, CNC lathe, Machining equipment; such as lathe or mill Pneumatic and/or electric die grinders, Marvel Saw and/or rotary Fischer saws, Roll-grooving equipment, Belt and/or hard wheel grinders, Abrasive belt coping machine.

Qualifications:

Min. of two years’ experience in fabrication. Coursework in fabrication from technical school training preferred. In-depth knowledge of safety practices and rules associated with working in a fabrication shop. High developed skill in reading and interpreting blueprints and/or technical drawings. Mechanical skills used in the operation and up-keep of equipment. Ability to follow procedures in sequence to produce quality parts. Application of math skills, to successfully set up machinery and produce quality parts.

Delivery Driver

We are looking for an experienced delivery Driver for our retail store/warehouse to serve our NE Wisconsin customers.

Duties include:

–Staging deliveries

–Loading and unloading company owned trucks

–Vehicle maintenance checks

–Assisting with various warehouse activities

–Daily interaction with customers and playing a critical role in our Company’s commitment to excellent customer service and employee safety.

To qualify:

–Valid CDL (class A preferred but class B would be sufficient for starters.  The candidate would need or be willing to obtain their Hazmat endorsement).

–Hazmat and Air Brake experience a plus

We are looking for a motivated individual to join an Appleton, WI team as a Parts Rebuilder/Customer Service Associate. TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED to help you become an expert with automotive electrical products and professionally serving customers in the automotive, agricultural and heavy duty truck repair industries. A mechanical aptitude is preferred but must have a strong interest in learning automotive electrical systems.

Monday – Friday; 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

The duties of this position will include:
* Bench work repairing and rebuilding alternators, starters, generators and DC motors
* Bench testing customer units
