TIG Welder/Fabricator

We currently have multiple opportunities for 1^st   & 2^nd shift TIG Welders / Fabricators in our Neenah, WI facility.

Candidate must have the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience TIG Welding Stainless Steel and other metals
• Ability to “Walk the Cup” and be familiar with using hard automation such as plasma weld-around.
• Knowledge of Robotic Welding utilizing ABB Robots is a definite plus
• Fabricate parts if required.  Must be able to work from a print and written instructions
• Measure, cut, grind precisely lay-up jobs and deliver a quality weld that is also aesthetically pleasing.
• Ability to follow Quality assurance procedures and processes
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.  Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations

 

Cleaning Position- $9- $12

• Sweep, mop, and polish floors
• Wash windows and walls
• Empty waste baskets
• Clean and maintain restroom supplies
• Set-up tables and chairs if needed
• Pick-up grounds as needed

Skills/ knowledge/Abilities

• Understand materials and equipment used in custodial work
• Able to operate cleaning equipment
• Able to carry out written and verbal directions
• Can set work priorities
• Able to work independently
• Able to lift up to 40lbs

 

Weekend Cleaner- $12-$14

• Set-up, tear down, and clean for events
• Outside building check and clean entrances, empty garbage, and general outside cleaning
• Inside building check and clean bathrooms and other rooms as needed
• Complete requested cleaning

Must be available on weekends and be flexible with time.

Position:  Operator

Description:  Putting wood or metal material into CNC machine and unloading,  QC measurements for accuracy, stacking finished products on pallets and wrapping them for shipment.

• 1st and 2nd shifts available
• Must be able to read a tape measure
• Must have excellent attendance record

 

Skilled Stone and Brick Mason

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years Mason experience
• Dependable vehicle and valid Driver’s License
• Excellent Attendance record

Duties and Job Responsibilities:

–          Performs minor and major repair of all buildings and equipment

–          Replaces broken windows; repairs doors, door locks and closets; installs window blinds

–          Completes daily, weekly and monthly checklists on building equipment maintenance procedures and maintains records of scheduled maintenance procedures.

–          Tire Mounting

–          Building Custodial needs as assigned

–          Maintain tools and supplies to perform job as needed

–          Follow work instructions properly

–          Get along with coworkers

 Abilities:

–          Lift up to 50 pounds

–          Hydraulics

–          Welding

–          General working skills

–          Valid Driver’s License

–          Ability to use basic hand tools, tire tools, air wrench and other essential tools

–          Ability  to frequently grasp with hands, pushing and pulling, bending at waist, squatting, kneeling on ground

Ability to work in fast paced, continually changing environment

General Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in assembly, fabrication, finishing and shipping
• Analyze work orders and read blueprints to determine information such as materials to be used, types of operations and sequence of operations required
• Report accurate quantities, materials used and time in the MD link
• Set up and operate machines to make test runs and experimental products
• Inspect work in progress and finished products
• Analyze and resolve work problems and assist workers in solving work problems
• Initiate or suggest plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals
• Perform activities of workers supervised for training purposes
• Act as an extension of the Supervisor’s control on floor at any given time when Supervisor is in meetings or absent

 

Additional Duties

• Directly supervise 10 to 15 employees
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Steel King Industries’ policies and applicable laws
• Appraise worker performance providing additional training and rewards when applicable
• Address complaints and resolve work issues
• Complete projects as assigned by the Supervisor

Cleaning Supervisor

employment type: full-time

Looking for full time second shift supervisor prior cleaning experience is necessary.

Job Duties:

Dusting, vacuuming, garbage removal, sweeping and mopping, restroom cleaning, running a scrubber, striping and waxing, carpet cleaning, buffing of floors etc.

Responsibilities:

Maintain buildings per customers satisfaction, communication with customers, maintain a safe work environment, keep chemicals and supplies stocked, supervise other employees on site, communicate with and pass down instructions from upper management, cover shifts as needed.

Requirements:

Must be detailed oriented. Must be able to follow instruction. Must have valid drivers license and dependable vehicle. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, work at a fast pace, be available weekends, well groomed and must be able to be on feet for long periods of time.

Machinist- Vertical machine Center

• Must have set-up and programming experience
• Must be able to read G code
• MasterCAM,  CAMworks experience, and Wire EDM experience
• Able to Edit Code
• Must be able to
• Must be able to work with little to no supervision

This is not an Entry Level Position or Button pushing position.- Must have at least 5 years experience as a Machinist.
