Essential Functions

• Operate safety equipment and use safe work habits.
• Ability to read blue prints.
• Lay out, position, align and secure parts prior to fabricating using prescribed fixtures and proper work procedures.
• Recognize, set up, and operate hand and power tools common to the fabricating trade.
• Examine work pieces for defects and measure work pieces with straightedges or templates to ensure conformance with specifications.
• Monitor fabricating processes to avoid under or over cutting or bending parts or warping or distortion of material.
• Detect faulty operation of equipment or defective materials and notify the Foreman or management.
• Determine required equipment and fabricating methods via established work procedures and apply proper fabricating techniques.
• Mark or tag material with proper job number, piece marks, and other identifying marks as required.

In need of experienced MIG welders.

Will be welding with galvanized steel products per print.

Temporary but can go permanent for the successful candidate.

1st shift- 7:00am to 3:30pm. Mon- Fri.

Qualifications:

Experienced in Mig Welding

Lift to 50# occasionally

Pre employment drug screen.

 

Driver for morning route

Duties:

• Pick orders
• Load truck
• deliver orders

Maintenance Technician

We currently have an opportunity for a Plant Maintenance Technician on 1^st shift.  This individual oversees and performs the preventive and proactive maintenance duties required for the manufacturing operations of the plant. Priorities include management and execution of PM schedules, troubleshoot and repair of any equipment that is needed to maintain maximum production rates, maintenance of an adequate spare parts inventory and facility housekeeping. This position requires the flexibility to work 40+ hours per week, weekends as required and also fulfill on-call duties for repairs and assistance. This position reports directly to the Manufacturing Supervisor.

Candidate must have the following skills / knowledge / experience: 

• Practice proper PPE compliance and maintain a safe working record and environment
• Basic industrial mechanical, electrical, plumbing and pneumatic skills including troubleshooting
• Understand purpose and proper use of small hand and power tools
• Proper forklift operation and preventative maintenance.
• Strong time management and task prioritization skills
• Inventory management
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with and communicate to other plant personnel
• Facility organization through 5S program
• Working knowledge of PLC’s and other electronic components
• Basic computer skills

Hiring in multiple area locations.

• 2-2-3 schedule either day or night shift
• Must have manufacturing, or production experience
• Forklift experience is helpful
• Must have good basic match skills
• Must be able to work in fluctuating temperatures

POSITION SUMMARY This position is responsible for the proper, productive and safe fitting and joining of various components/parts together with select welding processes and procedures.  Position is located in Waupaca.

Painter
Responsibilities:
·    Set-up, maintain, and operate painting equipment.
·    Maintain a steady work flow through the booth.
·    Report material used on software.
·    Prepare materials for shipping.
·    Maintain proper temperature  and  paint viscosity.
·     Maintain clean spry guns and area.
·    Read blueprints.
·    Apply uniform paint application to steel
Education/Experience/Abilities:
·    High School Diploma
·    6 months related experience
