Responsibilities:  The employee will be fabricating, installing, and wiring all electrical equipment on trucks.  The electrician also takes care of transmission and engine programming with the installation.

Duties:

• Plan the electrical parts needed for the assigned job
• Ensure all electrical components are available for the project and report when more need to be ordered.
• Plan, layout, and fabricate wire harnesses and electrical components for the truck body, lights, and safety equipment
• Mount and install all lights
• Remove and tag all equipment needing to be painted
• Perform final installation and programing
• Operate and test all electrical equipment for proper function

·         Stretch wrapping pallets of cartons and staging product in designated areas to be shipped.

·         Performing quality checks to assure product meets ROI’s and customer quality expectations.

·         Maintaining a clean work area while following 6’s and safety regulations.

·         Assist Case Packer operator as needed.

·         Must be familiar with and able to drive forklift efficiently.  Will train onsite.

Other Functions

·         Ability to use various tools and equipment: forklifts, hand lifts, measuring devices (tape measures), automatic stretch wrappers, vacuum lift and have basic computer knowledge.

·         Able to push and pull pallets with a hand jack that weigh on an average 1000 pounds.

·         Able to lift cartons that weigh up to 50 pounds many times a day.

·         Must be able to work independently and as a team.

·         Must be able to work a flexible rotating work schedule based on customer needs.

Packer Operator

Duties and Responsibilities

·         Case packer set ups and operation to uphold quality per customer specifications.

·         Providing adjustments to equipment to assure final product is meeting guidelines.

·         Performing quality checks to assure product meets ROI’s and customer quality expectations

·         Maintaining a clean work area and following 6’s and safety standards.

·         General maintenance, cleaning and trouble-shooting of Case Packer.

·         Labelers and Inkjets.

 

Other Functions

·         Use various tools and equipment: forklifts, measuring devices (tape measures), and basic computer knowledge.

·         Must be able to work in a team environment as well as independently.

·         Able to lift cartons that weight up to 55 pounds.

·         Must be able to work on a flexible rotating work schedule based on customer needs.

Machine Operator

Responsibilities:

• Operate fabricating machines such as cutoff saw, brake press, forming machine.
• Analyze blueprints and determine material to be used and sequence of operation.
• Use specs to determine machine adjustment and material types.
• Monitor machine and detect defects of malfunction.
• Measure pieces to check quality.
• Clean work pieces by removing burrs, sharp edges and rust.
• Stack and pack finished goods.

Education/Experience/Abilities:

• High School diploma
• 3 months related experience
• forklift certified
• Add, Subtract, multiply ,and divide all units of measure

Field service technician with experience with industrial drying equipment (printing plants, converters,…)

This position will require traveling to customer locations throughout the US. The typical duration of travel for a service technician is between 3 and 10 days. With an overall travel percentage of 70%.

• Perform predictive and preventative maintenance on industrial/ graphic arts dryers and related equipment.
• Provide customer training.
• Provide technical phone support for industrial and graphic dryers.
• Promote spare parts kits for existing equipment and upgrades.
• Identify opportunities to sell additional service.
