  Must be very detail oriented and thorough with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Maintenance Manager

Position:

The Team Leader is someone who is attentive to detail, trustworthy, and takes pride in their workmanship.  The Leader is also responsible for the safe and effective operation of the plant, and applying Lean Manufacturing practices.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the Maintenance Department and ensure proper servicing of plant equipment
2. Schedule and document preventative maintenance
3. Coordinate maintenance activities to production schedule
4. Process and maintain detailed paperwork
5. Oversee staffing levels, staff development, and hold staff meetings
6. Responsible for compliance to company policies
7. Interpret and relay company goals and purpose by monitoring Lean Performance Indicators
8. Provide coaching, feedback, and direction through meetings and performance reviews
9. Responsible for all proper maintenance, repairs, and other facility needs relevant to the maintenance staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2 years supervisory experience
• Experience leading, motivating, and developing staff
• Ability to learn, understand, and lead complex operations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with computer and office software
• Experience with problem solving in a manufacturing environment
• Previous Union experience is helpful
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing

Seeking candidates that have experience or formal education in the preparation of tax returns. Additional training will be provided.

Majority of tax returns are individual. You will be assigned clients/tax returns based on your skill set. Your returns will be checked for accuracy. You should be able to research tax questions, interview clients, and answer tax questions over the telephone.

Responsibilities 

1.       Maintain a safe, clean work environment.

Experience

ISO 9001 certified environment, digital metrology measuring systems such as Romer or Faro, blueprint reading however limited degreed experience in fabrication/welding/quality (Associates Degree or above) is preferred

Responsibilities:

·    Set-up, maintain, and operate painting equipment.

·    Read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Pick up products and deliver to diverse locations
• Maintain a professional and positive relationship with pick-up and delivery sites
• Load and unload trucks using powered equipment
• Count and inspect products
• Comply with all safety policies and DOT regulations

Requirements

• Valid class A CDL for vehicles over 26,000lbs and air brakes
• Excellent MVR and DOT physical and drug screen
• Strong Math Skills
• Knowledge of city, county, and state road system
• Able to life 50 lbs
