An Appleton company is looking for a full time temp to hire Outside Sales Representative. This is for a local Machining/Tool and Die company so machining background is needed. Out of state travel is also required. Responsibilities:- Prospect for new accounts throughout the United States and travel to them as needed- Classify and target accounts with the highest business potential- Work closely with Management to develop and execute strategic account plans- Establish and close business consistent with account plans and customer’s business requirements- Responsible for sales process and following company sales principles- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and hold accountability for quality and performance- Customer presentations and marketing supported by the management team- Work as part of a team, effectively utilizing company resources and support personnel- Consistently deliver to customer expectations- Manage the profitability of assigned accounts
