This position will require traveling to customer locations throughout the US. The typical duration of travel for a service technician is between 3 and 10 days. With an overall travel percentage of 70%.

• Perform predictive and preventative maintenance on industrial/ graphic arts dryers and related equipment.
• Provide customer training.
• Provide technical phone support for industrial and graphic dryers.
• Promote spare parts kits for existing equipment and upgrades.
• Identify opportunities to sell additional service.
• Promote a safe working environment on customer equipment

Machine Operator

Responsibilities:

• Operate fabricating machines such as cutoff saw, brake press, forming machine.
• Analyze blueprints and determine material to be used and sequence of operation.
• Use specs to determine machine adjustment and material types.
• Monitor machine and detect defects of malfunction.
• Measure pieces to check quality.
• Clean work pieces by removing burrs, sharp edges and rust.
• Stack and pack finished goods.

Education/Experience/Abilities:

• High School diploma
• 3 months related experience
• forklift certified
• Add, Subtract, multiply ,and divide all units of measure

We currently have an opportunity for a 2nd Shift CNC Vertical & Horizontal Mill Machinist in our Neenah, WI facility.

Candidate must have the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience operating CNC Vertical and Horizontal Mills such as Doosan, Mazak, Haas, Yam or SMG
• Ability to program Mills by entering instructions, including zero and reference points, setting tool registers, offsets, compensation and proving part programs.
• Knowledge of programming Mills using MasterCam is a definite plus
• Sound knowledge of blue print reading and understanding specifications and tolerances
• Ability to follow Quality assurance procedures and processes
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.  Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.

Parts Puller- Weekend.  Work Part-Time, get paid for Full-Time

• 34 hour work week but get paid for 40 hours!

• Use software to track, check, prioritize and route orders
• Manage all important documents such as advanced shipping notice, pick slips, bills of lading etc.
