Concrete General Laborer Job Duties:

  • Assist with Site Prep – Help set up forms, rebar, and other materials for concrete pours; basic layout and measurements.
  • Mixing and Transporting Materials – Load and transport concrete or other materials using wheelbarrows, buckets, or equipment.
  • Concrete Placement – Assist in pouring concrete into forms, ensuring proper placement and minimal air pockets.
  • Basic Finishing Support – Use hand tools like rakes, screeds, and floats to help level and smooth freshly poured concrete under supervision.
  • Job Site Maintenance – Clean up debris, wash tools and equipment, and keep the worksite organized and safe throughout the day.

Concrete General Laborer Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license – Required for job site transportation and potential CDL advancement opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel weekly (Monday–Friday) – Travel is required; crews return home on weekends.
  • Ability to perform physical labor – Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working outdoors – Must be able to work in various weather conditions on active construction sites.
  • Strong work ethic and team mindset – Dependable, coachable, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced crew.

Heavy Duty Truck Sales Rep

Heavy Duty Truck Sales Responsibilities:

  • Sell new and used medium- and heavy-duty trucks through retail and lease agreements to meet dealership sales and gross profit goals
  • Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and digitally to identify business and operational needs
  • Recommend appropriate commercial truck solutions based on customer applications, workload, and industry requirements
  • Present vehicle specifications, performance features, and operational benefits clearly and accurately
  • Promote and sell optional equipment and add-on packages to maximize customer value
  • Conduct test drives in accordance with dealership policy and safety standards
  • Manage the full sales process, including pricing, equity discussions, depreciation explanations, and closing
  • Prepare and process all required sales documentation including sales orders, titles, insurance, and deal jackets
  • Coordinate vehicle preparation and delivery; explain vehicle operation, warranties, and paperwork at delivery
  • Perform consistent post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat and referral business
  • Maintain and manage a sales prospect pipeline using dealership and OEM systems
  • Coordinate dealer trades including vehicle pickup and delivery when required
  • Utilize OEM platforms such as SpecPro, Fusonet, DTNA Connect, and The Dash
  • Attend sales meetings and training to stay current on product updates and industry changes

Heavy Duty Truck Sales Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in heavy-duty truck sales or commercial equipment sales
  • Strong knowledge of the medium- and heavy-duty truck and trailer industry
  • Understanding of federal and state regulations governing commercial vehicle sales
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong math and financial skills, including pricing, discounts, and financing concepts
  • Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, contracts, and regulatory documents
  • Proficient with computer systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with OEM sales platforms preferred
  • Valid Wisconsin Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required

Primary responsibilities of transporting fuel, filling propane tanks and cylinders, performing system integrity checks, verifying appliance proper operation, and maintenance activities associated with propane tanks and fuel transport vehicle. Willing to train the right candidate.

DRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES:
