We have a GREAT opportunity for a general assemblers within a fast paced manufacturing company in De Pere, WI. The candidate will need a variety of skills ranging from assembly, production, fork lift operation to general mechanical and electrical assembly.

The ideal person will have the following skills:

• Excellent mechanical skills required.
• Experience using electrical and mechanical hand tools.
• Basic understanding of plumbing requirements and components (unions, valves, pressure switches, etc.) and their assembly.
• General understanding of electrical requirements and components (plc, motor contactors, overloads, relays, etc.) and their assembly.
• Understand production schedule requirements and adapt to scheduling changes. Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks.
• Must have championing attitude regarding quality control and meeting deadlines.
• Must believe in teamwork, collaboration, adaptability, and initiative.
• Must be observant. Ensure that the function and aesthetics of finished equipment is exceptional.       High attention to detail is critical.
• Be able to lift 75lbs.
• Good communication skills.
• Fork lift experience

• Analytical and troubleshooting skills required, combined with the ability to provide quick resolution to problems.
• Experience using multi-meter and other electrical and mechanical hand tools.
• Basic understanding of plumbing requirements and components (unions, valves, pressure switches, etc.) and their assembly.

Machine Shop Manager

This position is part of an integrated organization brimming with long-term opportunities.  Your operations management career can be developed here.

You will lead shop personnel as a hands-on supervisor with strong people skills and the ability to develop a strong team.  You will act as a driver of continuous improvement in manufacturing processes, machining methods, workflow, 6S and overall plan operations. Work closely with other departments and shop employees to resolve issues related to on-time delivery, equipment, tooling, staffing and quality.

You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with operators in order to assign duties, explain how duties should be done and communicate how their successful performance will be measured.  You will communicate daily to all levels of the organization in order to achieve production goals.  You will plan, organize, lead and monitor all production activities as well as carry out all supervisory responsibilities in accordance with established policies and procedures.  Must have the ability to multitask, set and shift priorities to meet business needs, without sacrificing quality standards.

You will have a 4-year degree or 5+ years of successful supervision of a machine shop.  Knowledge of setup reduction and one-piece flow is strongly preferred.  You must have exceptional oral and written communication skills.  Lean Black Belt is helpful.

Shop Helper – General Laborer

GREAT Job Opportunity with Room For Growth in Green Bay, WI! We are looking for individuals to work 2nd  shift – as a Shop Helper – General Laborer to provide entry level help within a growing shop, measuring, cutting, sanding, painting, some assembly, and loading and unloading trucks.

Machine Operators – IMMEDIATE JOB OPENING

We are seeking a few entry level Machine Operators for 1st shift – full time work within the Oconto County area. Willing to provide training to the right individuals.

1st Shift – Mon. – Thur. 6:00 am – 3:30 pm & Fri. 6:00 am – 10:00 am

Will load and load & unload machines, stack, palletize product, and operate various machinery (once trained).

Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and lift up to 30 lbs. consistently and stand and walk around the majority of the shift
