We are looking for a number of general construction workers to become members of a CONCRETE DEMOLITION & CUTTING CREW! This is a GREAT opportunity to learn a new skill and for growth and development. Members of the Concrete Sawing crew will perform multiple duties for the construction, residential and commercial sites. Will use skid steers, forklifts, tape measures, hand tools, and small power tools. Perfect for an entry level to fully experienced construction person with some construction, concrete, or carpentry experience – willing to provide training to the right individuals!

  • Must be detail oriented, dependent, hard working and willing & able to learn new techniques.
  • Must have a good driving record (CDL is a plus).

General Production Worker

General Production Workers – ALL SHIFTS AVAILABLE

We are looking for a NUMBER of General Production Workers to work within a leading manufacturing company in Green Bay, WI.

Full-Time/Contract-to-Direct/All Shifts are available

Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, consistently lift up to 20 – 25 lbs., stand the entire shift, bend, twist, lift and reach.

Must have flexibility in shifts – will train on 1st shift and then placed on either 1st, 2nd, or 3rd but must be flexible in hours and shifts depending on need and work load.

Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions):

•Will be trained on all aspects of all processes, will perform all essential duties within the various departments to include; load and unload machines, quality inspections, light wood and steel repair, operator automated machinery, and help ensure quality products and a safe environment
•Operate automated machinery per production plan
•Follow written instructions – quality, machine work instructions, etc.
•When required, may use of a forklift to unload containers from delivery, load totes for processing and move clean totes to appropriate areas including shipping
•Monitor product quality to customer expectations
•Abide by all safety policies, identify any safety concerns or hazards and report them
•Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications

•Willingness to rotate jobs and departments (goal is to learn all positions)
•Ability to stand on a concrete floor 8-12 hours per day on a production line
•Reaching, bending and twisting frequently
•Lift 7lbs-18lbs on a frequent and continuous basis
•Lift up to 30lbs on a periodic basis
•Regular above the shoulder work
•Physical ability to drive a forklift
•Forklift operator license preferred
•Effective listening, communication (verbal and written)
•Team player who works productively in a group setting or independently
•Ability to follow written instructions and documented procedures
•Ability to work flexible hours and over time based on company/customer/volume needs

After 90 days may be eligible to make a wage of up to $16.00 – $18.00/hour.

Weekend Machine Shop Supervisor

-We are looking for a skilled Machine Programmer with the ability to lead and direct a great team of individuals in a shop setting-

If you are the candidate we are looking for:

You’ll be a hands-on shop supervisor on the Weekend shift that is responsible for coordinating all job shop activities with a focus on technical knowledge of CNC and manual machine operations and programming activities, quality, production, schedules, and resources.

You’ll have the opportunity to program CNC machine tools through effective use of our software. Prepare necessary job start-up and job control documentation including set-up sheets, tool lists, tooling set-up requirements, fixture and clamping requirements, and inspection reports.  You will work closely with operators in order to help them.  You will solve problems as needed on the shop floor;  perform problem assessment, analyze alternative solutions, take appropriate action, document process changes, and provide training and follow up to ensure successful problem resolution and process improvement.

You will have a minimum of ten years’ experience in a machining environment with live tooling.  Must have strong knowledge of customer requirements and metrics for on-time delivery.  You must have exceptional blueprint reading skills as well as good oral and written communication skills.  You must have at least one year of supervisory experience.  MasterCam experience is strongly preferred.

Schedule: Friday-Sunday 6am-6pm (work 36 hours get paid for 40)

We are looking for a number of machine operators to work with an established paper converting company in Green Bay, WI. This is a Full-Time/Contract-to-Hire/Immediate opening. The primary duties will be to ensure proper set-up and operation of production equipment, help ensure quality of product and ensure all customer requirements are being met and produced.

Rotating shifts – Must be able to work 8 – 12 hour shifts and work some overtime as needed (2 week rotating shift)

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  1. Set-up and operate machines for production.
  2. Use specification worksheets to ensure customer requirements are being met.
  3. Complete hourly quality samples. Work with Supervisors, Product Packer and Quality Control to ensure the customer is receiving the best quality product available.
  4. Strive to meet or exceed machine speed targets set forth on the specification worksheets.
  5. Keep machines clean and in good working order.
  6. Notify Supervisor of any maintenance needed. Maintain operating hardware to ensure it’s in good working condition.
  7. Perform low-end maintenance on machines.
  8. Record daily log sheets for production.
  9. Keep your work area clean and swept.
  10. Make every effort to promote a safe work environment.
  11. When applicable, fill out and maintain FDA forms.
  12. Relieve Product Packers for their break periods.
  13. Follow the rules defined in the company handbook.
  14. Must be able to react to change productively and to handle other tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

Manufacturing experience required. Good technical, mechanical, communication and basic math skills. Must have legible hand writing for completing logs and reports. Must be able to stand and move around entire work shift. Must be able to lift 10 – 40 lbs. frequently
