We are looking to employ an experienced Concrete Foreman to supervise our concrete flat-work laborers and oversee all activities relating to the concrete structures.

Concrete Foreman Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing all activities pertaining to concrete preparation, placement, installation, finishing, and curing.
  • Resolving all problems that may affect project quality and completion.
  • Consulting blueprints, drawings, and plans to ensure that concrete structures are accurately placed and installed.
  • Delegating tasks to concrete laborers and providing overall guidance.
  • Inspecting concrete and instructing concrete laborers on how to correct defects and concrete roughness.

Concrete Foreman Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Construction Management or Construction Science
  • Proven experience working as a Concrete Foreman.
  • The ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and plans.
  • Excellent management and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications/Experience
• Associates degree or equivalent, relevant experience preferred
• 1+ years’ experience in a metal fabrication/manufacturing environment desirable
• SolidWorks software knowledge required either via school or experience
• GibbsCAM or Striker software knowledge or interest in learning
• Experience or school trained in reading blueprints to draw (program) flat pattern layouts of parts

• Ability to work independently, quickly and accurately in an environment with changing/fluctuating priorities
• Make machine & tooling selections to manufacture parts in the most cost-effective manner

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Office Coordinator that will coordinate, perform and help supervise  general office and light accounting duties for a small and growing business.

Duties

  • Coordinate and perform activities associated with shipping and receiving, assist with inventory control.
  • Provide excellent customer service at the front counter:  answer phones, meet and greet customers, take and enter orders, assist customers and vendors
  • Set up new customers and vendors into the system
  • General accounting duties: assist with invoicing, enter bills, print and mail checks, reconcile bank and credit card accounts, deposits, production tracking and sales reports
  • General Office Duties: creating reports, typing & data entry, assist with mail, filing, take and enter orders, assist customers and vendors
  • Ensure Delivery Team paperwork is in order and signed and separate paperwork for billing, reschedules and filing
  • Process truck check-in on software system.
  • Staging. Confirm product staged for routes – add and subtract product as required.
  • Develop, lead, and execute purchasing strategies for the business.
  • Direct procurement policies to ensure all items are purchased and delivered within budget and time constraints

Qualifications for Warehouse Office Coordinator

  • 2-5 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role in a recycling environment preferred
  • Must have exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
  • Must be a self-starter and driven
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel,  Outlook and Excel
  • Experience with scheduling, budgeting and payroll

 Responsible installation of dairy equipment which may include electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, refrigeration and welding.
