Job Duties: 

  • Cutting, gluing, nailing, sanding, staining, and finishing hardwood floors
  • Experience with power tools
  • Read a tape measure and other measuring devices

Requirements: 

  • Must be 18 or older to operate the equipment
  • Physically fit and able to lift 75 pounds
  • Hold a valid driver’s license
  • High-school graduate or equivalent
  • Must be able to pass background check and drug screen
  • Must have knowledge or prior experience in floor covering installation, ability to read and understand construction plans, ability to multitask and work in a team environment, basic knowledge of tool/equipment safety.

Grain Dryer Operator

Grain Dryer Operator

Grain Dryer Operator Position Summary:

Safely operates equipment for Grain Drying and Storage operations Learns, understands and complies with plant safety, grain dryer, storage and production rules and regulations. Monitors, documents, and troubleshoots activities according to established procedures.

SEASONAL SHIFT SCHEDULE – 7:00 pm-7:00 am–May include some weekends

Primary Responsibilities:

  • The monitoring of the Grain Dryer and transferring corn.
  • Taking samples of product and recording accurately.
  • Assisting with truck clean out or scraping.
  • Opening truck hopper doors.
  • Final sweeping/clean up.

Truck loader:

  • Directing driver to proper load out spot and assist with getting the weight desired.
  • Climbing ladder to load out deck.
  • Signaling driver to move as needed to load product.
  • Clean up as needed.
  • Grain work also includes, but not limited to, general housekeeping and preventative maintenance on all floors, in the basement, and outside areas.

Working Conditions:

Work is performed both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions – heat, cold, humidity, rain, snow, etc. Frequent exposure to noise, heights, moving equipment and mechanical parts, electricity, extremely hot and cold equipment and products, toxic and/or caustic chemicals, flammable materials, and dust, dirt/grease.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Requires at least a high school education or equivalent – ability to read and clearly speak English, follow written and verbal instructions, write legibly for logs and documentation, perform basic math operations (add, subtract, multiply, divide, fractions and decimals), use measurement devices, read gauges, distinguish color. Must be able to work both independently and as a team member, and multi-task effectively.

Blaster – Industrial

BLASTER – 1ST SHIFT ($16.00 – $18.00/HR) 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

We are looking for an experience Blaster to work in a fast-paced industrial environment; blasting primarily large steel/metal materials. Will Train the right candidate!!!

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Grit blasting equipment such as hoses, nozzles and hoods. Various blast media such as metal grit and glass bead.
  • Experience with various grades of blast quality. WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATE
  • Knowledge of the difference between blast grades is a plus, as well as knowledge of metal fabrications on what type of media should be used for different grades of metal.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Blasters are trained with in-depth knowledge of paint production warehouse and/or heavy industrial background.
• Industrial Blast Booth experience is not required, but is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of quality control practices are beneficial.
• Must possess high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong work ethic is a must.

Working Conditions:

• Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.
• Some jobs require working at heights that exceed 20 feet (after 90-day probationary period).
• May experience significant changes in room temperatures in severely hot or cold weather.
• Safety glasses/goggles, ear plugs, and steel toe boots must be worn at all times on shop floor.
• Must have pulmonary fit test along with hearing tests performed annually.
• Fork Lift experience is a plus.

* All other miscellaneous duties, as required. Qualifications: * Manufacturing/Fabrication/CNC experience preferred.
* Must have good work history and attendance * Ability to read and interpret blueprints
* Prior use of calipers and gauges and ability to read tape measure. Strong mechanical aptitude

Duties and responsibilities:
We are looking for Grinders to efficiently perform all tasks involved in the production of products, follow standard work methods, and practice safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.

Primary duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•Use a grinding machine to grind castings
•Load and unload castings into bins.
•Dress the grinding wheel when necessary
•Operate hoist.
•Notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues.
•Maintain a clean and safe work area and clean work area at the end of each shift
•Perform other related duties and assignments as required.
•All production workers are expected to be available to work in all areas of production

Physical environment/working conditions:

  • Standing, walking, balancing, reaching.
  • Bending, crouching, climbing, standing, stooping, walking, lifting, & feeling for long periods of time throughout the day.
  • Requiring hand/eye coordination
  • Lifting 1-80 lbs. and carrying 1-80 lbs.
  • Push/pull, handle up to 90 lbs.
