CNC Bend Operator – (Wage Range $16.00 – $22.00)

We currently have openings for  3rd shift CNC Bend Operators in our Fox Valley facility. This job entails using bending machinery to bend all sizes of Stainless and Carbon Steel Tube. The Candidates should have:

  • Experience using bending machinery to bend all sizes of Stainless and Carbon Steel Tube
  • Knowledge of MIIC/3RC tube bending machine or manual bender equipment.
  • Understand how CNC bending works.
  • Knowledge of assembly tools, fixtures and equipment.
  • Knowledge of assembling process.
  • Display manual dexterity, maturity and tact.
  • Demonstrate problem solving abilities.
  • Ability to follow Quality Assurance Procedures and Processes
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.  Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
  • Ability to accurately use simple measuring tools.
  • Ability to read blue prints.
  • Must to able to lift up to 50 LBS.
  • Requires math skills.
  • Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations

2nd shift – Monday through Thursday – 4:00 pm to 2:30 am with ½ hour unpaid lunch – shift premium is $0.50 / hr

3rd shift – Sunday through Thursday – 10:00 pm to 6:30 am with ½ hour unpaid lunch – shift premium is $2.00 / hr

CNC Machinist – Vertical and Horizontal Mill

CNC Machinist – Vertical and Horizontal Mill ($16.00 – $22.00)

(1st and 2nd Shifts Available)

1st shift – Monday through Thursday – 6:00 am to 4:30 pm with ½ hour unpaid lunch
2nd shift – Monday through Thursday – 4:00 pm to 2:30 am with ½ hour unpaid lunch – shift premium is .50 / hr.

Candidate must have the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience operating CNC Vertical and Horizontal Mills such as Doosan, Mazak, Haas, Yam or SMG
  • Ability to program Mills by entering instructions, including zero and reference points, setting tool registers, offsets, compensation and proving part programs.
  • Knowledge of programming Mills using MasterCam is a definite plus
  • Sound knowledge of blue print reading and understanding specifications and tolerances
  • Ability to follow Quality assurance procedures and processes
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
  • Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations

We are a screen printing company looking for a help in the print shop.

No previous experience is required, however experience in any type of screen printing, production or quality control is a plus. Positive attitude and an excellent work ethic is mandatory!

Responsibilities Include:

  • Removal of excess ink from used screens
  • Cleaning screens with a multi stage chemical cleaning process
  • Testing tension of screen mesh
  • Shop and equipment cleaning
  • Promoting a safe, quality and productive work environment

Requirements Include:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Maintaining a good attendance record and reporting to work on time.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Requires standing for most of the day
  • Be prepared for a wet and dirty working environment

Essential Functions:

  • Experience using a caliper or other related measuring equipment
  • Basic reading and writing

Mechanical Assembly Technician

Mechanical Assembly Job Duties:

  • Follow blueprints/layouts to build conveyors.
  • Using hand and/or power tools, assemble conveyor pieces using blueprints/layouts.
  • Build conveyor to customer specifications.
  • Ability to read blueprints; computer generated and paper copy.
  • Be able to use a tape measure accurately.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Has good mechanical aptitude.
  • Must take pride in work

1st shift–6:00am to 2:30pm–Overtime available as necessary

Requirements:

Team player with strong attention to detail, work ethic, pride in your work, technical, organizational, written, and oral communication skills are preferred.  Good attendance history with previous employers.  Experience with reading AutoCad drawings is not required, but helpful.  Working history in mechanical assembly and/or conveyor experience is preferred.

Job Duties

  • Perform tasks involving physical labor for concrete and masonry construction projects
  • Operate a variety of hand and power tools
  • Clean and prepare sites, erect scaffolding, dig trenches, set braces and concrete forms

  • Lay concrete: footings, walls and flat work
  • Hand and power finishing

Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work outside in the elements
  • Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs repetitively
  • Experience is preferred, however, construction background will do

The Craftsmen Apprentice position is designed to give hands on experience with Manufacturing equipment in a support role. The goal is to support the primary machine operators by performing duties listed below to allow them time to focus on the programming and final stages of part set-up. Depending on aptitude, mechanical skill, and work habits; the trainee can transition into a full machine operator role as needed.

Responsibilities: Employee responsibilities include but are not limited to the following.

  1. Unload machines that have completed production.
  2. Bring production parts to quality or elsewhere as appropriate.
  3. Changeover feed tooling appropriate for wire size and string wire.
  4. Pull up program where applicable and set tooling based off of previous manufacturing notes where possible.
  5. Help monitor machines including where parts are running to allow primary operators time to focus on set-up.
  6. Identify tooling required for parts and put request through to have tooling made where appropriate.
  7. Perform preventive maintenance on machines and ovens as time permits.
  8. Employee may be asked to fill in elsewhere as necessary to meet customer shipment
