The Electro-Mechanical Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, repairing, and adjusting all manufacturing equipment in the plant consisting of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, servo, and PC systems.

Rotating Shifts

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
The duties identified below are the essential functions of the position. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
All duties associated with maintenance plus ability to demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:

1. AC/DC Fundamentals.

2. Welding/Brazing: proper use of all weld shop equipment

3. Loom control systems: HP200, BK600, BK800

4. Working knowledge of Motor Controls, Programmable Control Logic & Input and Output

5. Demonstrate the ability to determine cause of failure and troubleshoot machinery

6. Ability to read schematics for electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems

7. Versed in TPM principals

8. Experience in machine set up data, encoder and timing

9. Good Verbal and written communication skills

10. Working efficiently with a focus on continuous improvement.

11. Repair and maintain plant and equipment as assigned.

12. Document and record as required (checklists and other paperwork).

13. Perform required preventive maintenance.

14. Use existing SOP’s and templates to set-up looms and other equipment for consistent performance/product quality.

15. The candidate should have the ability to accept change and work in a team environment.

16. Must be a self-starter who is accurate, precise, and takes pride in their workmanship.

17. Continue to upgrade skills/knowledge as required and assigned by the Company.

Education – Successful completion of Electro-Mechanical, Maintenance, Electrician, and or Equivalent program at an accredited school – Preferred.

Mathematical Ability to add, subtract, multiple, divide and measure up to 1/16”. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical solutions. Ability to use a calculator.

Qualifications:

  • Reasonable Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Be able to regularly required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to lift 25 lbs., stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to lift 50 lbs., sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. We are searching for a reliable Delivery Driver for the timely, efficient movement of equipment and materials from company’s customers and/or residents.

Essential Functions:

1. Operates company truck and trailer on a daily basis, transporting equipment between locations and customer sites.

2. Assures loads are secure and operates vehicle in a safe manner, observing all traffic laws and remembering the importance of public safety.

3. Works cooperatively with Service Manager in coordinating all deliveries.

4. Responsible for observing all DOT regulations.

5. Completes all related paperwork in a timely manner including vehicle inspections, driver’s logs, etc.

6. Uses a forklift to load and unload materials.

7. Checks condition of equipment delivered.

8. Gives basic instruction to customers in operating the equipment.

9. Obtains signatures, exchanges papers, and accepts payment from customers when needed.

10. Reports any accidents or losses immediately to supervisor.

11. Advises Service Manager of any concerns with the vehicle and assures repairs are done in a timely manner.

12. Performs all job functions in a safe, timely manner.

Qualifications

1. Previous related driving experience required.

2. Must have a valid driver’s license and insurable driving history.

3. This position is subject to the Federal Motor Carrier Standards Act including driver qualification, periodic physical exams, etc.

We are looking for a Tool Room Attendant for a GREAT company in the Appleton, WI area. This is an Immediate Opening – 1st shift and great growth opportunity! The primary responsibilities will be to help ensure tools are available upon request and in good working condition; maintain records of tools and the location of the tools (job sites, service repair sites, etc.), provide customer service for the tool room counter, and light building maintenance when required.

Position Responsibilities

  • Maintain records of tools and equipment issued to and returned by field personnel.
  • Receive, unpack, and store new tools as necessary to maintain inventory.
  • Inspect tools for defects and wear and repair. Service or lubricate tools to maintain good working condition.
  • Dispatch tools and material to job sites.
  • Support the tool room counter to work with shop and field staff requesting tools and related equipment. Fill their orders in a polite and timely manner, trouble shoot issues that arise.
  • Maintain inventory of tools.
  • Handle building maintenance requests that are assigned through the supervisor that may include snow shoveling, changing light bulbs, moving boxes or furniture, and any other related work duties that may arise in the facility.
  • Support and maintain a safe and Lean working environment.

JOB PURPOSE:
The maintenance technician position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform repairs, modifications, and preventative maintenance on a variety of industrial equipment including electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, plumbing and pneumatic systems.
• Comply with all safety requirements and Personal Protective Equipment requirements.
• Troubleshoot, repair or improve individual machines and provide preventative maintenance on production and non-production equipment as directed by supervision.
• Provide maintenance and production management with timely follow-up communication on all assignments and/or repairs.
• Order parts through maintenance supervisor as needed to repair breakdowns by providing the necessary information.
• Contact tech support by phone to troubleshoot equipment when all onsite resources have been utilized.

• Provide support as needed to facilities maintenance technician.
