Industrial Painter – ($15.00 – $20.00) Fox Valley Area

We are looking to hire an  industrial painter for an immediate opening – wet paint experience. Will Train on 1st shift and move to 2nd shift.

Essential Functions

• Operate safety equipment and use safe work habits.
• Ability to read blue prints.
• Lay out, position, align and secure parts prior to painting using prescribed fixtures and proper work procedures.
• Recognize, set up, and operate hand and power tools common to the painting trade.
• Examine work pieces for defects and measure work pieces with straightedges or templates to ensure conformance with specifications.
• Monitor painting processes to assure desired finish is achieved.
• Detect faulty operation of equipment or defective materials and notify the Foreman or management. •  Determine required equipment and painting methods via established work procedures and apply proper painting techniques.
• Mark or tag material with proper job number, piece marks, and other identifying marks as required. •  Position and secure work-pieces, using hoists, cranes etc.
• Improve appearance of materials using sand blasting equipment.
• Package material and help load and unload trucks as instructed.
• Any other job duties assigned within and outside of the painting department, as needed.

Building Maintenance – 1st shift, $15.00 – $19.00/hour

We are currently looking to hire a FULL TIME Building Maintenance person to work in a multi-location facility in both Green Bay and Appleton, WI.

The Building Maintenance person will use a company vehicle to provide general maintenance assistance to both commercial locations. The primary duties will be to help with general building maintenance and upkeep, preventative maintenance duties, light landscaping and grounds keeping, painting, and equipment cleaning.

Should have some experience with General Building Maintenance of commercial buildings.

Must have a Valid Driver’s License with an insurance acceptable driving record to be able to drive the company vehicle.

Should have own basic tools.

The CNC Bend Operator entails using bending machinery to bend all sizes of Stainless and Carbon Steel Tube.

The qualified candidates should have:

·         Knowledge of MIIC/3RC tube bending machine or manual bender equipment.

·         Understand how CNC bending works. 

·         Knowledge of assembly tools, fixtures and equipment.

·         Knowledge of assembling process.

·         Display manual dexterity, maturity and tact.

·         Demonstrate problem solving abilities.

·         Ability to follow Quality Assurance Procedures and Processes

·         Good communication and interpersonal skills.  Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.

·         Ability to accurately use simple measuring tools.

• Alerts supervisor of any quality issues
• Maintains accurate count of parts produced
