Looking for Paint Line Helpers and General Laborers for an Oshkosh, WI company. The primary duties will be to inspect, hang on parts, masking, coordination of assembly jobs when needed, take off and packaging of finished painted products.
Shift: All shifts (1st, 2nd & 3rd)
Qualifications:

-High school diploma required or GED

– Blue Print and measuring tool experience preferred (willing to train)

-Some manufacturing experience preferred (willing to train)

Fabricate, position, align, and fit parts of structural metal products.

• Align and fit parts according to specifications.
• Hammer, chip, and grind work pieces to cut, bend, and straighten metal.
• Locate and mark work piece bending and cutting lines, allowing for stock thickness, machine and welding shrinkage, and other component specifications.
• Lift or move materials and finished products.
• Tack-weld fitted parts together.
• Operate fabricating machines, such as brakes, shears, cutters, grinders, and drill presses, to bend, cut, form, punch, drill, or otherwise form and assemble metal components.

Sanitation Specialist – ($14.00/ hour; Tue. – Sat. 5:00 pm – 2:00 am)

We are looking for a Food Sanitation Specialist to join a GREAT team in the Fox Valley area. . This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a well-established local company. An ideal candidate has the aptitude to work independently and in a relatively physical position. Also, this candidate is willing to take direction, can work in a fast pace environment and is able to prioritize projects.

Required Qualifications;
– Must be able to take direction from the supervisor who has prioritized the daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks.
– Utilize safety equipment as needed when dealing with chemicals.
– Work with the team to organize responsibilities.
– Responsible for cleaning various types of industrial food production machinery and equipment.
– Wash, rinse and sanitize pots/pans, mixing bowls, machinery, conveyors and ovens.
– Degrease various types of equipment as needed/scheduled.
– Mop, deck brush, squeegee floors during wash downs.
– Utilize different types of cleaning chemicals based on assignment.
– Clean ceilings, pipes and other non-production places as needed.

Job Requirements;
– Strong communication
– Self-Motivated
– Can take direction
– Can communicate effectively
– Can prioritize deadlines.
– Must be able to bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crawl, reach, pull and push repetitively throughout the shift.
– Must be ok cleaning in uncomfortable positions
– Must be comfortable using ladders up to 5 feet off the floor.
– Must be able to pass a background and drug screen.
– Must have a great attendance record.
– Must be able to work Saturday or Sunday.

We are looking for both 1st and 2nd shift Material Handlers and General Laborers for an established and growing company in Kaukauna, WI. The work will be performed in an industrial setting, no experience needed – Training will be provided.

Primary duties will include (but not limited to)

  • Taping/Masking parts, pipe, product
  • Prepping material for the blasting/painting process
  • Using a forklift to load/unload product
  • Safely moving wagons of product using a tugger (driving/backing)
  • Safely moving product via overhead crane
  • Sanding and touching up items
  • Communicating well with co-workers and supervisors

Some forklift and material handling experience is helpful but not necessary.
