WELDERS NEEDED IMMEDIATELY! (All Experience Levels)

We are looking for a number of Welders that will be responsible for the proper, productive and safe fitting and joining of various components/parts together with select welding processes and procedures. POSITION IS IN WAUPACA.

• GMAW, FCAW, GTAW, and SMAW welding types for materials including: aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, and titanium

• Ability to read blue prints.

• Lay out, position, align and secure parts and assemblies prior to assembly/tacking and/or welding using prescribed fixtures and proper work procedures.

• Recognize, set up, and operate hand and power tools common to the welding trade.

• Examine work pieces for defects and measure work pieces with straightedges or templates to ensure conformance with specifications.

• Detect faulty operation of equipment or defective materials and notify the Foreman or management.

• Determine required equipment and welding methods via established work procedures and apply proper welding techniques.

General Laborer – Grinder (3rd Shift)

GENERAL LABORER – GRINDER (3rd shift – 6:00 pm – 4:00 am)

Summary of duties and responsibilities:
Efficiently perform all tasks involved in the production of products, follow standard work methods, and practice safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.

Primary duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•Use a grinding machine to grind castings
•Load and unload castings into bins.
•Dress the grinding wheel when necessary
•Operate hoist.
•Notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues.
•Maintain a clean and safe work area and clean work area at the end of each shift
•Perform other related duties and assignments as required.
•All production workers are expected to be available to work in all areas of production.

Physical environment/working conditions: The position is in the factory and involves:
•Standing, walking, balancing, reaching.
•Bending, crouching, climbing, standing, stooping, walking, lifting, & feeling for long periods of time throughout the day.
•Vision (far and near)
•Talking and hearing
•Requiring hand/eye coordination
•Lifting 1-80 lbs. and carrying 1-80 lbs.
•Push/pull, handle up to 90 lbs.

Environmental working conditions
Employee will be exposed to:
•Heat
•Humid-high moisture conditions
•Noise levels greater than 90 decibels

We have an IMMEDIATE 1st shift opening for an energetic and self-motivated person to join our team as a MATERIAL HANDLER AND INVENTORY CONTROL CLERK with a growing and well established company in the Fox Valley Area! The primary duties will be to maintain the inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock and recording the location of inventory.

Preferred Qualifications/Experience

 1+ years’ experience in a metal fabrication/manufacturing environment.
 2+ years’ experience with operating a forklift.
 Ability setting priorities and meeting deadlines from multiple sources.
 Proven track record for being a team player.
 Ability to work independently, quickly and accurately in an environment with changing/fluctuating priorities.
 Detail oriented and thorough with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
