FABRICATION SUPERVISOR – 1st Shift ($27.00 +/hr. + bonuses)

Press Brake experience a Big Plus and ability to supervise multiple departments and direct reports. (1st and 2nd shifts are available)

Preferred Qualifications/Experience

 3+ years’ experience in a metal fabrication/manufacturing environment, most importantly press brakes.
 Knowledge and/or experience with AutoPOL or off-line press brake software a substantial plus
 Ability and experience setting priorities and meeting deadlines.
 Proven track record for team leadership.
 Ability to work independently, quickly and accurately in an environment with changing/fluctuating priorities.
 Must be very detail oriented and thorough with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 Strong history of working with customers, understanding their needs and processes in order to provide solutions in a consultative manner.
 Action-oriented, customer service-oriented attitude, taking initiative.
 Engaging personality capable of generating and growing meaningful relationships with coworkers and customers.

Machine Tender (General Laborer)

1st shift (6 am – 4:30 pm M-Thur.), $16.00 – $17.00/hr. If you are a Jack Of All Trades – this is the job for you! The Machine Tender will help with general labor within a manufacturing setting.

Position Summary

Assist the machine operators by loading and unloading the machines
Cuts/saws raw tube into specific length according to print
Bend material per print
Maintains clean work environment
Expands and notch end of tube according to print
Deburrs end of tube to smooth ends of tubes
Be able to read blue prints
Ability to lift 40 pounds

We are looking for an entry level Maintenance person to work within a manufacturing setting in the Oshkosh, WI area. The primary duties will be to safely and efficiently perform the general maintenance duties on the company’s machinery, equipment, vehicles, and facilities.

Primary duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:      

1. Maintain and or repair machines, tools, patterns, and vehicles
2. Work on special projects assigned by management

CONTROLS ENGINEER – Oshkosh, WI Area ($22.00 – $30.00 +/hr)
