2ND & 3RD SHIFTS ARE AVAILABLE –CNC MACHINIST–VERTICAL & HORIZONTAL MILL

— Minimum of 5 years’ experience operating CNC Vertical and Horizontal Mills such as Doosan, Mazak, Haas, Yam or SMG

— Ability to program Mills by entering instructions, including zero and reference points, setting tool registers, offsets, compensation and proving part programs.

— Knowledge of programming Mills using MasterCam is a definite plus

— Sound knowledge of blue print reading and understanding specifications and tolerances

–Ability to follow Quality assurance procedures and processes

–Good communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.

–Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations

We have a GREAT opportunity for a general assemblers within a fast paced manufacturing company in De Pere, WI. The candidate will need a variety of skills ranging from fork lift operation to mechanical and electrical assembly.

The ideal person will have the following skills:

  • Excellent mechanical skills required.
  • Experience using electrical and mechanical hand tools.
  • Basic understanding of plumbing requirements and components (unions, valves, pressure switches, etc.) and their assembly.
  • General understanding of electrical requirements and components (plc, motor contactors, overloads, relays, etc.) and their assembly.
  • Understand production schedule requirements and adapt to scheduling changes. Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Must have championing attitude regarding quality control and meeting deadlines.
  • Must believe in teamwork, collaboration, adaptability, and initiative.
  • Must be observant. Ensure that the function and aesthetics of finished equipment is exceptional.       High attention to detail is critical.
  • Be able to lift 75lbs.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Fork lift experience

These will be large casting that will be machined, so large lathe experience is desired

1+years experience operating a manual lathe is required. Manual VTL is strongly desired. Must be able to read blueprints, do set ups and have experience using measuring equipment to check parts.

We are looking for a Junior Level Programmer. Duties to include: Assisting engineers with debugging PLC programs, developing electrical schematics, developing electrical bills of material, and electrical estimating.

Must have experience with programming Rockwell PLC’s using Studio 5000; Rockwell PanelViews using RSView; modifying/developing electrical schematics using AutoCAD Electrical; and estimating project costs using Microsoft Excel.

Must have the willingness and ability to travel for startups and customer support. This is a “junior” position with the understanding that you may not have all of the skillsets but will learn them over time. It is essential to have basic programming skills for Rockwell products and the willingness and ability to travel.

–Troubleshoot dryer issues and work with maintenance and engineering to resolve issues

–Ability to lift 50lbs and walk up 5 flights of stairs
