Part time, year-round position with up to 26 hours available per week, although seasonal hours and flexible days are available.

Essential Job Functions

  1. Generate sales leads by engaging in face-to-face interactions with potential customers in targeted neighborhoods
  2. Collect and input data into customer relationship management system
  3. Provide general information about Renewal by Andersen products and services to prospective customers
  4. Submit daily report on results of neighborhood marketing efforts to Neighborhood Marketing Manager
  5. Positively represent the company

Requirements

  • Must have a valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to pass background check
  • Ability to spend extended amounts of time standing/walking in various weather conditions
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a strong drive to accomplish goals

We are seeking an entry level – Full Time – Parts Puller – general laborer for an immediate opening. The primary responsibilities will be placing and pulling parts off the machines and some grinding & buffing of product using hand tools. The person will also help ensure an adequate supply of products and materials are available and help stack, load & unload product.1st shift

Must be dependable and self motivated. Able to stand the entire shift and move around facility. Willing and able to learn and have a positive attitude. Opportunity for growth!!!

Equipment Maintenance – Green Bay

Equipment Maintenance – Industrial Maintenance

The primary purpose of the Equipment – Industrial Maintenance position is to troubleshoot, repair and maintain all electrical and mechanical equipment in a paper converting manufacturing facility to ensure production continuity and efficiency.

• Safely trouble shoot, repair, and maintain paper converting equipment, including rewinding and folding capabilities. • Respond to operator, quality, and/or supervisor requests on equipment specifications. • Knowledge in electronic components, PLC controls, AC/DC drives and motors, servo drives and motors, sensors, • Comfortable in a manufacturing/industrial environment. • Ability to look up components in electrical/mechanical manuals and submit into an order form. • Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment and document accordingly. • Knowledge in Hydraulics and Pneumatics. • Read and understand electrical and hydraulic/pneumatic schematics. • Perform LOTO and Arc Flash.

Qualifications: • Basic knowledge and experience in operating a welder, torch, plasma cutter, mill, lathe, drill press, common power tools and hand tools • Able to use micrometers, indicators, Multimeters, and Megohmmeters • Perform grade changes; log saw blade changes, slitter changes, perf blade changes on equipment when needed. • Safely use scissors lifts, high lifts, hoist, lift trucks, lifting straps, chain falls, etc. • Able to perform general Building and Grounds tasks. • Active in First Aid, CPR, First Responder and Safety Committee.

3rd Shift

$18.00 – $27.00/hour – based on experience
