Account Development Manager

We are looking for an Account Development Manager that will be the lead in identifying potential new customers in order to create and develop long-term commercial relationships.   Identifying and building upon both immediate/short-term customer needs as well as long-term goals will be a critical part of your responsibility.  Understanding our customer requests and needs will be accomplished by putting yourself in their shoes.    

You’ll have an opportunity to identify true needs of accounts in order to provide viable casting solutions.  The selling process drives our sales model while creatively promoting our capabilities and developing business.  Continuous interface with customer accounts is imperative to assure our customers are satisfied.

A background in industrial manufacturing with a mechanical aptitude is desired along with the drive and desire to learn our business.  Experience in internal and external sales will be an asset along with an understanding of foundry processes and services.  You should be able to understand and manage a sales forecast.  Your experience being self-managed and willing to put the customer’s best interests first while maintaining The company’s values is a crucial part of this position.  Must be willing to travel up to 75% of the time.

We are looking for an experienced CNC Lathe operator to work in an established Green Bay Company. Must be able to set-up, operate and program.

Must have 2+ years of Manual Lathe Operating and Roll Making Experience. Should have experience leading, motivating and/or training a department team.

Parts Clerk – Immediate, First Shift

We are looking for a full time Parts Clerk for a construction company in Green Bay, WI. the Parts clerk is responsible for maintaining and organizing parts inventory, ordering of parts, getting price quotes and communicating with vendors and staff. The Parts Clerk will also maintain repair records and preventative maintenance schedules for all vehicles and equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Strong organizational skills

ABILITIES:
Must be able to read
Be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Must have the ability to find and verify various parts and the best pricing on the parts
Have great communications skills for dealing with vendors, customers, and staff
Be able to follow written and oral directions

Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs, stand and walk around the entire shift, bend, lift, reach, and move around equipment frequently.
