Inventory Associate

US Tech Force  is currently hiring an Inventory Associate to work in our warehouse. The primary responsibilities of this role will be to manage the inventory control system, maintain product data, rectify miscalculations, review and analyze the results of operations, report findings to management and make recommendations for improvement as necessary.  Those who have experience managing warehouse inventory are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications/Experience

  • 1+ years’ experience in a metal fabrication/manufacturing environment.
  • 2+ years’ experience with operating a forklift.
  • Ability to work independently, quickly and accurately in an environment with changing/fluctuating priorities.
  • Detail oriented and thorough with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; recording location of inventory.
  • Perform weekly inventory accurately and legibly.
  • Understands layout and thrives with inventory organization skills.
  • Ability to pull materials off a truck, record the information per ISO guidelines and put in the proper shelf spot via forklift.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of received inventory.
  • Staging materials for multiple departments.

Safety Coordinator

US Tech Force is looking for a Safety Coordinator to conduct safety audits and to ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.  The qualified candidate will research and recommend safety equipment and will lead the emergency response team for training and drills.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with insurance claims for personal injury property damage, vehicle accidents, theft or vandalism claims at job sites
  • Enforce company disciplinary procedures for violators of safety procedures
  • Investigate incidents, identify corrective actions to prevent future injuries and verify corrective action is completed.
  • Proactively promote the safety and health to employees.
  • Provide enthusiasm and direction in establishing an injury-free work environment

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a safety-related role preferred.
  • BS/BA or similar safety-related degree preferred.
  • Construction or related background.
  • Knowledge of equipment and materials involved with mechanical trades

Parts Specialist – Heavy Duty

US Tech Force is looking for an Heavy Duty Parts Specialist to maintain inventory and parts for a truck and trailer repair dealership in DePere, WI.

Tasks:

  • Sells parts to customers at the counter, over the telephone, or through the repair shops.
  • Assists customers in determining and selecting appropriate parts.
  • Provides price quotes and other parts information.
  • Pulls and fills parts orders from stock. Prepares orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick up.
  • Participates in annual physical inventory .
  • Assists manager with maintaining lost sales tracking program.
  • Keeps front counter and parts areas clean and free of clutter.
  • Six to twelve months parts experience or training
  • Heavy duty truck experience preferred

Skills and Requirements:

  • Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • 2+ years’ experience in inventory control
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Able to lift 20-50 pounds without restriction

Turret Operator

US Tech Force is looking for a 1st shift Turret Operator for an immediate opening in Neenah, WI.

Monday-Thursday: 5am-2:30pm

Friday: 5am-9am ( 5 hours of overtime is available)

Perform duties to set up and operate CNC Turret Presses to produce a variety of parts in accordance with required specifications and work quality standards.

  • Familiar with CNC control operations
  • Set-up skill required
  • Experienced at reading and understanding part drawings and job travelers
  • Set up and operate CNC punch producing both standard and custom parts per furnished work order
  • Load and install correct tooling for the task
  • Complete the programming to nest parts on the sheet reducing material waste
  • Make routine decisions to resolve basic manufacturing issues
  • Meet or exceed labor production rates
  • Ability to use handheld measuring tools including a tape measure, hammer, grinder and calipers
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of manufacturing experience with machine operation
  • Metalworking fabrication experience
  • CAD knowledge
  • Experience with gauging sheet metal thickness

Installation Technician

US Tech Force is looking for a Rubber Installation Technician to provide good udder hygiene for daily milking routines.

The qualified individual will:

  • Remove used liner products from exchanged teat cups.
  • Wash and sanitize teat cups.
  • Organize washed and sanitized teat cups by size and brand.
  • Install new liners per Dairy specifications into teat cups.
  • Replace existing used teat cups and liners with washed and sanitized teat cups with new liners.
  • Address issues of any installation point that does not meet specifications or notify the service department manager.
  • Install new short air tubes, twin air tubes, milk tubes, CIP tubes, and wash cups on Dairy when needed and scheduled with Dairy Producer.
  • Maintain inventory transfers into appropriate warehouses.
  • Assist Scheduled Maintenance on larger maintenance projects.
  • Maintain a clean, organized and safe operating company vehicle.
  • Valid Driver’s License with an insurable license is required

Job Duties: 

  • Review all Purchase Requisitions submitted by other departments
  • Confer with vendors to obtain product or service information such as price, specifications, availability, and delivery schedule
  • Search inventory records to determine if material on hand is sufficient
  • Estimate values according to knowledge of market price
  • Prepare purchase order and send copy to supplier
  • Compile records of items purchased or transferred between departments, prices, deliveries and inventories
  • Compute total cost of items purchased
  • Compare prices, specifications and delivery dates and award contracts to bidders or place orders with suppliers
  • Expedite delivery of goods

Job Requirements: 

  • High school diploma and 2 years of experience as a buyer for mechanical parts.
  • Experience in computer order entry and inventory control.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
  • Must have experience with MS Office products like MS Excel, Word and Outlook.

Assembly

US Tech Force is looking for  A reliable Assembler to help maintain warehouse stock and assist in fulfilling orders. Our Assemblers will be responsible for unloading product deliveries, staging products based on customer orders and assisting with organizing and maintaining existing inventory.

Job Duties:

  • Prepare metal surfaces.
  • Metal finishing and grinding of parts
  • Position and fasten parts together with bolts, screws, rivets or other fasteners.
  • Assemble sub-assemblies
  • Drill through aluminum, steel and wood.
  • Perform measurement layouts per blue prints.
  • Ability to install hardware and/or gaskets into components and enclosures
  • Must be able to read and understand blueprints, tape measures and company documents.

Skills and Requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Ability to lift loads of 60-100 pounds
  • 1+ years’ Assembly and Material Handling experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Attend scheduled work hours on a regular and timely basis. Maintain good attendance.
  • Must have basic math skills
