Inside Sales Representative

US Tech Force is looking for experienced Inside Sales Representatives to join a growing team.

The primary duties will be to: supporting the outside sales reps, process orders, generate sale orders, purchase orders, work orders, production entries & bills of material for products.  You will assist customers and a designated Territory Sales representative via email and phone, handle quotes, research product, expedite orders, arrange drop ships, as well as handle product returns and repairs along with data entry, maintaining a quote file, and interaction with vendors.  Tracking, investigating & researching customers (current and past orders) to resolve any discrepancies are also required.  As a member of the sales team you will participate in weekly sales meetings.

  • Must have experience in industrial or mechanical sales support where you are required to help the customer from beginning to end.
  • Handle quotes, research product, expedite orders, and arrange drop ships
  • Assist customers and a designated Territory Sales representative via email and phone with orders
  • Provides Sales Team progress updates in regards to the manufacture process
  • Any related industry experience would be helpful – lifting equipment, hoists, slings, cranes
  • Must be knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Outlook, Sage 100
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Exhibits ability to remain calm, patient, and polite when dealing with high workloads

Accounts Receivable Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
  • Reviews all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
  • Monitors purchases on the company credit card.
  • Investigates and resolves problems associated with processing of invoices, purchase orders and company credit cards.
  • Assist with accounting duties and projects for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and Inventory.
  • Process time cards in an accurate and timely manner as needed
  • Check the accuracy of business transactions
  • Coordinates work related travel for the employees of the company.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields

Experience Required: 

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and one or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

We are currently seeking energetic and highly motivated individuals to join our team as an Industrial Service Technician. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, flexible and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises.

Candidates must have flexible hours & availability, and be able to work out of town and overnight periodically.

***Pay rate for Saturdays is 1.5x and Sundays is 2x!!! ***

  • Assist with Heavy Industrial/Manufacturing Cleaning
  • Surface Prep and Coating

Welders

US Tech Force is looking for hardworking professional Welders – Fabricators who enjoy meeting challenges and surpassing customer expectations. The Welder – Fabricator position includes fitting and joining, fabricating, and repairing metal and other weldable material by applying appropriate welding techniques in accordance with product specifications and production schedules.

Essential Functions:

  • Associates degree in-process or achieved preferred.
  • 1+ years’ experience in a metal fabrication/manufacturing environment desirable
  • Demonstrated ability in MIG or TIG welding of carbon steel, stainless steel or aluminum of varying thicknesses.
  • Knowledge of blueprints, tolerances and weld symbols.
  • Strong knowledge of various welding processes, fixturing design and development of work instructions
  • Ability to work independently, quickly and accurately with changing priorities.
  • Must be detail oriented and thorough with excellent written/verbal communication. Experience working in ISO 9001 certified environment

Skills and Requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED preferred
  • 2+ years’ experience as a Welder/Fabricator
  • Current and valid certification a plus

Truck and Trailer Technicians will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of the trucks or trailers, operate vehicles and test all working parts in various functions to ensure proper operation.

All employees are required to go through a background check, Motor Vehicle Records, Physical and Drug Test. 

Job Duties:

  • Electronic system diagnostics and repair 
  • Air brake diagnostics and repair
  • Engine, Transmission, Differential, and Drivetrain Diagnostic and repair
  • HVAC system diagnostic and repair
  • Complete Trailer Repair from Top to Bottom

Requirements:

  • Valid drivers license
  • Experience repairing roll up doors, swing doors, roofs, side panels and floors.
  • Additional experience in MIG, TIG or Stick welding.
  • Must be able to operate a manual transmission vehicle to determine if operating properly
  • Perform DOT inspections
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete required training

Material Handler – Assembly

The primary responsibilities will be placing and pulling parts off the machines and some grinding & buffing of product using hand tools. The person will also help ensure an adequate supply of products and materials are available and help stack, load & unload product.

Material Handler

1st Shift– Monday-Thursday (5:00 am – 2:30 pm)  Overtime is available

2nd Shift–Monday-Thursday (3:00pm – 1:30am)  Overtime is available

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Interest in laser cutting systems
  • 1+ years’ experience in a metal fabrication/manufacturing environment
  • Ability to lift 50#
  • Use hand tools on a repetitive basis, such as grinders, buffers, and sanders
  • Count and tag the parts per job order, pack, palatalize, and provide assistant within the department.
  • Work independently after probationary period to perform production goals with limited supervision
  • Must be dependable and self motivated.
  • Able to stand the entire shift and move around facility.

Our Entry Level Welder & Material Handler will be responsible for welding and unloading product deliveries, staging products based on customer orders and assisting with organizing and maintaining existing inventory.

Job Duties:

  • Prepare metal surfaces.
  • Metal finishing and grinding of parts
  • Position and fasten parts together with bolts, screws, rivets or other fasteners.
  • Drill through aluminum, steel and wood.
  • Perform measurement layouts per blue prints.
  • Attend scheduled work hours on a regular and timely basis. Maintain good attendance.
