Responsibilities:

  • Show properties and assist prospective renters with lease paperwork.
  • Obtain new rental property listings through proactive sales and networking.
  • Consult prospective renters and landlords regarding local rental market dynamics.
  • Conduct market assessments to ensure competitive market pricing.
  • Screen rental applications and present findings to landlords for approval.
  • Present leases to qualified renters.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Prior Apartment management experience preferred
  • Leasing paperwork
  • Experience in apartment maintenance
  • Ability to work independently and with others

  • Reliable transportation

Shipping and Receiving

Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

Monday – Thursday 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM

US Tech Force is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator who can assist in unloading delivery trucks and compare received products to packing lists to ensure that deliveries are complete. The Shipping & Receiving Clerk will be responsible for tracking deliveries and troubleshooting order issues with suppliers. The successful candidate will also facilitate the return of damaged products to vendors, and work with our purchasing department to update and negotiate vendor contracts.

Job Responsibilities:

  •  Verify and keep records of incoming and outgoing shipments, and preparing items for shipment
  • Reviews shipping notices, bills of lading, invoices, orders, and other records to determine shipping priorities, work assignments, and shipping methods required to meet shipping and receiving schedules, utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates.
  • Oversees incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments.
  • Knowledge of transportation industry
  • Receive products from vendor deliveries and unload trucks at the loading docks
  • Compare packing lists to company purchase orders and ensure that the products in each delivery match the packing list
  • Update the product inventory as products are received and added to our inventory

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience with shipping/logistics
  • 2+ years’ experience in a metal fabrication/manufacturing environment,
  • Must possess an understanding of OSHA safety rules for warehouse work
  • Forklift experience
  • Understands basics of shipping including but not limited to: Invoices, orders, inventory control, counting, and packaging
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite

  • Obtain information regarding status of components required to fill orders and evaluate parts

Experience:

  • High school degree or equivalent, relevant experience preferred
  • 2+ years’ experience in a metal fabrication/manufacturing environment desirable but not required.
  • Blue print reading skills a plus
  • 2+ years in a customer service atmosphere preferred

US Tech Force is looking to hire a Service Technician that will help service, repair and install equipment by using mechanical, welding and fabrication skills.

• Detect/diagnose routine malfunctions of equipment and systems and take corrective action
• Responsible for welding components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions
• In this role you will also layout, position, align, and secure parts and assemblies prior to install
• Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records
• Ability to read blue prints, sheet metal layouts, hydraulics and knowledge of equipment fabrication
• Displays knowledge of process piping and pumping systems
• NEED TO HAVE FARM EQUIPMENT EXPERIENCE
• Understanding of basic hand tools and construction equipment
• Understanding of basic equipment maintenance
• Ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs.
• Mechanical aptitude
• Valid Drivers License with good driving record, CDL preferred
• Knowledge with the service and installation process
• Basic welding is helpful, but not required

Outdoor Power Equipment Specialist

Are you mechanically inclined? Do you have Agriculture experience? US Tech Force is looking for a Outdoor Power Equipment Specialists  for Agricultural Equipment, Diesel and Small Engines to help Service, Repair and Recondition. The person will help maintain and operate shop equipment and tools with the majority of the work to be done in the shop, but may complete some work in the field.  Overtime is available!

Essential Functions:

• Diagnose problems and determine what repairs are needed.
• Repair, service, recondition or assemble equipment as approved by the customer/Service Manager.
• Obtains necessary parts.
• Completes service inspections on equipment, making recommendations on repairs needed.
• Works to control come-backs, giving them special attention so as not to happen again.
• Promotes marketing programs to customers in an effort to drive sales.
• Participates in after-hours program, carrying the pager for a week at a time.
• Communicates with customers in a positive, professional manner demonstrating patience in explaining repairs.
• Notifies Service Manager of safety issues and/or accidents immediately.
• Accurately documents time and work performed on forms provided in a legible and complete manner.
• Conducts work in a safe manner, wearing safety glasses & steel toed shoes and following other company safety guidelines.
• Attends meetings, training sessions, and other company events and participates in a positive, professional manner.
• Stays up-to-date on technical changes, product developments, manufacturer releases, etc. Attends training as required.

Qualifications:
• Previous related experience required.
• Associates Degree in outdoor power and equipment, agricultural equipment, diesel technology, and/or other equipment preferred.
• Must have own tools.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and insurable driving history.

Fuel Technician

Job duties: 

  • Fuel trucks as needed
  • Clean rental trucks when returned from customers
  • Prep rental trucks for pick up for the next customer pick-up
  • Keep work station clean
  • Checks oil levels and adds fuel as needed.
  • Final check for body damage and fluid levels.
  • Keep the yard organized
  • Clean shop, take out garbage, clean floors
  • Shovel and salt all entrance ways and the fuel island area
  • Willing to take on different responsibilities to help shop operations move along smoothly

Furnace Operator

  • 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts available

Duties:

  • Fill the furnace with all essential materials and iron –charges.
  • Perform tests on the furnace and iron
  • Load and weigh charge bucket
  • Operate electric hoist on charge bucket and coordinate it to the proper place.
  • Monitor all cooling and electrical functions of the furnace.
  • Aid molding lines and perform other related duties and assignments as required
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area and clean work area at the end of each shift
  • All production workers are expected to be available to work in all areas of production.

Education and related work experience:

  • 3-4 years of high school
  • Understand and follow directions
  • Read, write, add, subtract – to remember count accurately with distractions
  • Measuring skills associated with furnace operations
  • Must be able to work as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Stripping forms by pulling finished cured goods off of forms and loading onto trailer.
  • Cleaning forms after product is removed
  • Setting up forms for pouring and setting side rails.
  • Pouring concrete, including placing, raking, and shoveling concrete.
  • Finishing concrete using various tools.
  • Follows instructions, guidelines and procedures in a safe and timely manner.
  • Operating forklifts, machinery and overhead cranes
  • Driving yard vehicles, trucks and trailers.

Qualifications

  • Must be Mechanically Inclined
  • Willingness and ability to work outside year-round
  • Previous experience working as a laborer preferred. Concrete finishing a plus.
  • Ability to read blueprints and a tape measure preferred.
  • Must be able to climb ladders, push/pull carts cables and other equipment.
  • Ability to get to work on time, on a daily basis.
  • Must have a good attitude and team player mindset
